Jon's P.O.V
"We know where she is..."
Those words rang out like the melody of a song in the man's ears. They were able to trace her location from that one call...
Tears formed in his eyes as he looked up at Benson."Are we going to go get her..?" He asked, already jumping to grab his things.
"Yes.. but you're staying in the car. I don't want you to get hurt." The detective said before grabbing her things and leaving, Jon following suit, along with a dozen other officers.

Y/n's P.O.V
It had been quite a while since she had heard anything from her captor, but she didn't really mind. She has gotten immersed in the world of her book, and couldn't seem to put it down.
Sure, she should be worrying about whether she was going to get out of here alive. But she would rather not dwell on it.
She didn't need to be upset or frantic the next time Dean came in.As soon as she began thinking about him again, she heard the jingle of keys from the other side of the door.
"Shit-" she whispered as she slid the book under the pillow on the bed. She quickly shifted to make it seem like he had just woken up."Y/n?" His voice rang out from behind the door, a creak following suit.
"What do you want..?" She said, yawning as she gave him a small glare.
"I brought you water and food.. thought you'd need it." He said as he made his way into the room.
He held a tray in his hands, full with bread, cheese, lunch meat, and basically anything you could make a sandwich with.
"... How do I know you didn't poison it or anything?" She raised an eyebrow, sitting up so that he could set it on the bed. She was surprised she held in her fear and anger so easily.
"I wouldn't do that. I still.. need you." He admitted, setting the tray on the edge of the bed. "Just be thankful I even brought you something. Especially after the way you've been treating me." He said before walking towards the door.
"Wait!-" Y/n said as she sat up all the way.
"What is it now?" He seemed annoyed. More annoyed than usual.
"... Can I read the books that are in here...?" She asked, her voice growing quiet.
He looked at her as if she was stupid before responding. "Well, of course you can dipshit. They're there for a reason. The only book you can't read is wuthering heights..."
She gave him a small nod before watching him walk out the door. She heard the lock turn again, and she quickly pulled out the book from under the pillow.
"I wonder what all of that was about..." She said to herself before opening the book back up to the page she was on.
She was barely into the book though when she saw why he didn't want her reading it.
There was a picture of a girl taped on one of the pages, and below it read a name."Ezra."

Hi! I am so sorry that it's been so long since my last chapter! Life kind of got in the way of things. I've finally gotten my motivation back to write though!
I've been meaning to update this story for a while, but with me growing out of my Hamilton phase it's been hard to update and stuff. But I think I'm back in the groove of things!I hope y'all enjoyed this chapter, and I'm hoping to have the next one posted in a few days. It's going to be quite a doozy.
Anyways, y'all stay safe. And as always, I love y'all 💕💕
