Just a Little Closer || M. Chifuyu x Reader

A few days later, (Y/n) was walking home, done with shopping.

"F*ck I'm so tired," She mumbled and looked at the night sky. The moon was gleaming and allowed dim lights to go through the darkness. 

She was all alone and it gave her peace. Of course, being with Chifuyu was peace to her but there was another kind of peace.

Suddenly, a shadow appeared in front of (Y/n) and kicked her stomach really hard, causing her to cough out blood and dropping her shopping bags.

"The f*ck...?" (Y/n) cursed under her breath and got into a fighting position. "What do you want?"

"For Toman and you to die" was the last thing she heard when she felt sharp pain on her head and darkness wrapped around her.

"TAKEMITCHY!!!" Chifuyu banged on Takemichi's door the next morning. Takemichi opened the door with messy hair. 

"Stop shouting this early in the-"

"(Y/N)-SAN!! SHE'S- SHE'S...GONE!!"

Takemichi snapped his half opened eyes open and glared at Chifuyu. "What do you mean?"

"She wasn't in her house this morning!"

"Just that? Maybe she's just going for a walk or something?" Takemichi felt shivers down his spine. Izana...? He didn't want to believe.

Chifuyu shook his head furiously. "She would never!"

"Maybe a change in her thoughts?" Takemichi suggested again.

"She would tell me first then! Or at least invite me!"

"That's weird..." Takemichi looked down on his feet as he struggled to breath normally.

"She went shopping yesterday night. Maybe something happened to her there??" Chifuyu panicked as he frantically moved his hands.

"Wait, calm down. Let me think first."

"I can't calm down bro, this is serious. It's (Y/n)-san-"

"I know!! So be quiet, I need to think" Takemichi said. He closed the door, letting Chifuyu in.

Takemichi recalled the fight between the future Mikey and (Y/n).

"You were with Izana weren't you?"

"You abandoned Chifuyu to be with Izana?"

"It was to save Toman!!"

Takemichi gasped. "We need to tell Mikey...Just in case."

Mikey nodded. "Okay, thanks for telling me. But just wait for a few days. She might come back. It's (Y/n)-chin afterall."

After meeting with Mikey, Chifuyu and Takemichi walked in silence.

But Chifuyu broke the silence.

"You know something don't you?" Chifuyu's eyes were covered due to his bangs.

"Huh?"

"Tell me everything!" Chifuyu yelled as he grabbed Takemichi's collar.

Takemichi looked into Chifuyu's eyes and sighed in defeat.
