Just a Little Closer || M. Chifuyu x Reader

After the fight, everything calmed down.

Kisaki was sentenced to jail for a lifetime for kidnapping, holding a gun, hurting innocent people, and more. In Japan, it is illegal to hold guns.

Tenjiku was officially announced defeated and they all joined Toman. Now Toman was known all over Tokyo, even in Japan because of their amount of members and power. They were probably the strongest right now.

People later found out that Izana was Emma's brother, aka Mikey's brother. It was a sibling fight all along. They were always bickering Draken was tired of hearing all of it. 

Takemichi had to go back to the future. It was where he originally belonged. He wished he could stay but he knew he had to go back.

As he visited Mikey to say goodbye, Mikey just stood there silently smiling. But he suddenly came forward and patted Takemichi on the back. "Let's meet again in the future! Thank you for everything!" Mikey's soft smile made Takemichi calm and almost cried.

Mikey noticed this and patted his back more. "Hey now, cry baby..." Mikey laughed.

Takemichi also wanted to apologize to Emma for not being able to protect her. He went to the hospital where Emma was in and walked towards her room. But stopped when he heard voices inside. He peeked inside the crack of the door and found Emma and Draken hugging each other and Emma was crying.

Takemichi knew this wasn't his time to barge in so he shrugged and smiled and walked away silently. 

Baji, Chifuyu, and (Y/n) were at a nearby park hanging out happily when Takemichi walked up to them.

Baji saw him first and he ran over to him and head-locked him grinning. "You going back or what?"

"Yeah," Takemichi struggled to look up as (Y/n) chuckled at the scene in front of her. 

"We're still gonna meet in the future," Chifuyu said as he leaned on (Y/n) playfully.

"I just wanted to say," Takemichi bowed a little. "Thank you so much for believing in me and helping me."

They all looked at him eyes wide but eventually smiled and tackled Takemichi to the ground.

"Quit being so formal dude," Baji grinned.

"Yeah, you're making me feel like a boss or something," Chifuyu laughed. "It feels really good though!-"

"Shut up..." Takemichi sat up, embarrassed. "I'm being serious..."

(Y/n) slapped Takemichi's head hard and earned a yelp from Takemichi. "We only helped you. You're the one who did most of it. You were the only one who could leap through time and change the future. We appreciate too. Thanks for trying to make our future better."

Takemichi stared at (Y/n) and smiled. 

"Are you gonna go now or greet other people?" Chifuyu questioned as he put his chin on top of an annoyed-looking (Y/n).

"I'll go meet Hina and Naoto," Takemichi responded.

"So you're gonna go..." Chifuyu said sadly. "I know we can meet in the future but like 12 years is so f*cking long."

Takemichi chuckled,  "Well I can go there in mere seconds."

Chifuyu pouted in jealousy.

After a while of talking with the three, Takemichi had to go. He said his goodbyes and thank yous and the three all wished him luck.

Takemichi thought about what he was going to say when he meet Hina. There were a lot of things he wanted to say but he just couldn't come up with the correct words.
