How can I be the daughter of Hades?! How could my own father do this to me?! How could my own mother pretend I don't exist?! I'm not a god.

I don't deserve this.

"Y/N?"

I sit up on my bed and see Pit, Lady Palutena and Dark. "Y/N we just want you to know that nothing will change between us." says Lady Palutena taking my hand "Well except since you're a god too you have don't have to call me 'Lady'" she says attempting to make a joke.

The three of them exchange glances and Lady Palutena- I mean Palutena leaves and the three of us angels, I mean two angels and a god are left.

"So are we supposed to bow down or~~?" Dark teases me I smile good to know some things never change. "No but you have to call me Lady Y/N Supreme Overlord of Balance." I say as seriously as I can.

"Ok Lady Y/N Supreme Overlord of Balance, Your wish is our command." Pit says with a laugh as they both bow down. It's too much for us we all burst out laughing Pit clutches Dark trying to support himself "Get off!" he snarls, this makes us laugh even more.

"Do we really have to call you that?" Dark asks I stifle another bout of laughter and answer "No." he breathes a sigh of relief.

"I'm going to the underworld tonight." I say.

"You what?!" Shrieks Dark.

"This time both of us are coming." Says Pit.

"That psycho will fricking eat us!" Yells Dark "no offence Y/N." he adds. "None taken." I say "He won't dare harm us because one apparently I am the most powerful god since without me the world's balance would fall and it would be an eternal pit of darkness."

"How uplifting." remarks dark.

I smile "And Gaea is on our side and I assume so is Rhea. They are too powerful for Hades to fight. So he won't hurt us, and I have to know!" I exclaim.

"We'll go. Lady Palutena shouldn't know." Agrees Dark, I look at him gratefully.

"don't forget to write a note!" Chimes in Pit, we look at him "Hey I would if I could, but I can't read!" he retorts at us.

I sigh and start writing

Dear Lady Palutena,

We are going to the underworld. We'll probably not die. Don't come looking for us. We'll be fine! Bye see you in one day.

Love Pit, Dark Pit and Y/N

After that we agree to meet at midnight. As usual we take turns guarding her for the rest of the day, have dinner and go to 'bed'.

Finally midnight chimes and I creep out my door into the throne room with my bag. Dark is already there with his. "Where's Pit stain?!" he hisses at me I shrug. After a few minutes of waiting we hear quick footsteps and Pit stumbles into the room with his bag "sorry.." is his excuse.

"The underworld is a 4 day journey! How will we fly there?!" Dark asks.

"We won't."

Dark and Pit look at me as if I'm crazy "Y/N did you hit your head?-" Dark asks "Yeah because you've had lots of stress and-" adds Pit.

I sigh and roll my eyes 'Boys.' I take out my scimitar and dagger and join them together. I think of where I want to go and I transfer my energy to the weapons. I open my eyes and there it is a portal showing persephone's garden.

The two angels stare wide eyed "What? All gods can do it." I say a grin tugging at my mouth. We walk through and are met with a beautiful garden. And then we see persephone sitting next to a rose bush looking sad.

I walk to her the two angels follow me cautiously. "I want answers." I tell her. she jumps back in fright then looks at me and calms down "I don't know what you mean." She mumbles.

"Oh I think you do mother."

Her eyes fill with tears "I'm sorry Y/N. I don't mind if you hate me, I hate myself too. Hades told me if I were to tell you and love you, he'd kill you. I was weak and stupid!" she cries "I hate him! I couldn't even spend time with my own daughter!!" I am shocked.

I thought she hated me, and she thinks I hate her I go forward and hug her. She doesn't hesitate to hug back.

With the Pits:

Pits eyes are tearing up at the emotional sight he wipes them.

He hears a sniff besides him and turns around surprised. Dark Pit's eyes are glistening with tears. Dark quickly turns around to hide his tears.

Pit is surprised

"Pittoo, are you crying?" He asks gently.

"No!" he lies "AND DON'T CALL ME THAT!" He snaps.

'Some things never change.' Pit thinks with a sigh.

Y/N POV:

"I forgive you." I say pulling back. Persephone smiles at me and looks behind me towards Pit and Dark. She walks past me and bows?

"I know you both. Pit and Dark Pit right?" She smiles at them "Hades told me about you." The two doppelgängers look ill at ease at the mention of Hades. "Thank you so much for foiling all his evil plans!" She exclaims giving them both hugs in turn "I'm so glad that you're Y/N's friends!" She gushes.

Pit puffs out his chest "It was an honour Goddess Persephone!" He smiles and bows down.

Dark shuffles his feet and bows down "Just doing my job your grace." he murmurs surprised at the praise.

"Persephone, are you in cahoots with hades?" I ask her.

"NO WAY! WHY WOULD I TEAM UP WITH THAT PSYCHO! HE KIDNAPPED ME!" She yells and takes a deep breath "I assume you want to know which gods are on the good side right?" she asks.

I nod

She thinks "Demeter, Poseidon though he needs to be convinced a bit more as he is still grieving, Artemis, Athena, Hestia, Myself and Hephaestious. The rest on mount Olympus are on the side of Hades." She tells us.

"Persephone?" comes an evil voice.

Hades.
