Dean - Lips, being the tough guy dean is, he still likes to be romantic with his partner so a kiss from him will be a kiss on the lips.
Sam - Forehead, he is much taller than you so the easiest way to kiss you would be your forehead, plus it's his way of slowing love in a small way.
Castiel - Cheek, very inexperienced so he chose this kiss to be his go to. Is very very very polite when it comes to kissing you.
