Chapter 2: What had happened?

Recap: Akshara is staying at Gupta Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences. Samarthya's institute is situated in a secluded place in Himachal Pradesh. Abhimanyu comes there searching for her but Samarthya denies Akshara being there. Back at Udaipur, Harshvardhan is shocked to know that Abhimanyu has gone looking for Akshara. Abhimanyu was about to leave when he senses Akshara's presence. She is singing to an audience of children and he is mesmerized. However, his happiness doesn't last long as Akshara runs past him to Samarthya.

Samarthya looked at Akshara who smiled at him and then looked behind her at Abhimanyu who stared at her with a broken look in his eyes. Then, his eyes met his own. Samarthya could read the accusation very clearly in Abhimanyu's eyes which said 'You lied!'

A child ran up to them. She was called Sonu.

Sonu: Akku didi Akku didi...mujhe bhi guitar do...ab mai bajaungi..

Akshara's eyes widened.

Akshara: Nahi! ye mera hai..mai nahi dungi..

A fight broke out between the kid and Akshara. The latter stomped her feet.

Akshara: Sammy you tell her! This guitar is mine and isse toh bajana bhi nahi ata...isne tor diya toh!?

Samarthya: Sonu, beta aap jao. Waise bhi apke rest krne ka time hai na...baaki sb baache bhi jao..

Akshara poked her tongue out at the young girl and ran to her guitar. Abhimanyu absorbed this scene. A thousand possibilities ringing through his head. He looked at Samarthya again- for he seemed to have all the answers and this time, he won't fall for any lies.

Harshvardhan glared hard at Manjiri.

Harshvardhan: Tum abhi ke abhi apne bete ko phone krke wapis ane ko kaho...

Manjiri stood there, rooted.

Harshvardhan: Suna nahi kya kaha maine? Call him!!

Manjiri: N-no

Harshvardhan: (Glares) KYA KAHA?!

Manjiri: I said NO!

Hearing this commotion, Mahima also woke up and joined them.

Mahima: Kya ho raha hai?

Harshvardhan: Aap dekhiye apni behen ko...iska ladla beta uss Akshara madam ko dhundne nikal pada hai and ye usse wapis bhi nahi bulayegi..

Mahima: Manjir-

Manjiri: Nahi didi! Mera beta meri galti ki saza bhugat raha hai ...apne pyaar ko khokr...pr ab vo hr mumkin koshish kr raha hai usse pane ki to mai beech me nahi aungi....mujhe jisse jo kehna hai keh le...lekin mere bete ki khushiyon ke beech ab koi nahi ayega...

Harshvardhan: Manjiri! Bohot bolne lagi ho...tumhe bete ki fikar hai toh door rakho uss ladki se...sbke saamne dil tor kr gayi thi uska ..Arohi bhi useless nikli...hum koi acchi doctor ladki dhundenge

Manjiri: Lekin Abhi pyaar Akshu se krta hai...Ye baat aap jaante hai...aur Akshu bhi Abhi ko pyaar krti hai..ye bhi aap jaante hai..

Harshvardhan: What!?

Manjiri: I know things you think no one else does. Ab agar aap chahte hai ki Abhi tk vo baat na pahunche toh behtar hoga agar aap uski khushiyon ke beech na aye...

Harshvardhan left angrily. Manjiri broke down crying, Mahima hugged her.

Manjiri: (sobs) mai inhe iss tarah dhamkana nahi chahti thi lekin ye koi rasta hi nahi chodte...Inhone Akshu ke dil ki baat Abhi tk nahi pahunchne di...didi maine ye baat Abhi ko nahi pata lgne di wrna vo pata nahi kya krta pr ab ye uske mamlo se door rahe toh wahi accha hoga..
