CHAPTER 25

WAY OUT

Skye's POV

"Get up," Lawrence said as he entered the room. 

I got up from my sprawled position on the hard floor and walked up to him. He gestured for me to follow him so I did. He led me to a room upstairs and closed the door. 

I looked around. There was a bed in the middle and a door to the right, which was the bathroom. On the bed was a drink bottle and a box with pizza in it. 

Omg I love pizza. 

I ran over to it and sat down putting it on my lap. I looked up at a smirking Lawrence. 

"It's not poisoned, is it?" I asked curiously. "What's with treating me like this?"

He chuckled and shook his head. "I told you, I have nothing against you. Sweet dreams Skylar."

He left the room leaving me speechless. 

Speachless well, one, because I was wondering if he was telling me the truth about not having anything against me. 

Second was because I was debating in my mind whether I should or should not eat the pizza that was staring up at me from my lap and whispering Eat us Skylar. Eat us.

So I did. 

 Hey, you can't say no to it. And I was hungry.

After I was done eating my pizza, I lay on my back and observed the walls. There were no windows in the room ,obviously.

I made my way into the bathroom and sighed in relief as a window was there. 

I drew the curtains and nearly cried. 

The windows had bars on it. Damn it. 

No way for me to escape. 

I walked over to the door to my room and opened it. Suprisingly it was unlocked. I peeped out and saw Lawrence in the living room sleeping on the couch. 

I stepped out into the hallway as quietly as I could and mentally cursed when the floor creaked. I stopped and looked in the living room. 

What the?

I got a mini heart attack when I saw that Lawrence wasn't there anymore. 

Shit where did he go?

I shrieked when I felt someones arm wrap around my waist and a hand cover my mouth. 

"Going somehwere?"

Oh, it was just Lawrence. Shit.
