Don't give up on me
One-fifth of the million dollars selling boyband is missing. And has been since their gig in their hometown. Where has he gone? Who has taken him? Or did he just vanished on his own
The remaining four are trying to piece it tog...
Now it's the day of the Fenway show. I was getting to go off to meet the guys. I kissed her before I leave. I know what the answer is but I always ask. And it is the same answer all the time.
"Are you coming to the show?" I ask.
"No" was her answer.
"Well, everyone else is," I say. Never wants to go. All my family goes but her.
"I just don't want to see my husband playing like magic mike in front of groupies and whores. Especially the boys don't want to see to that".
"But you never come" I moan.
"Precisely the reason".
"Fine," I say "See you later then".
What I don't realise is that was the last I see of my family. The last words were she didn't want to come to the show because of groupies as she calls them. I am a performer and an entertainer. I'm a pop star with legions of fans. My work pays for her cushy life. And sometimes she forgets that. I just didn't know what the day would bring. It was just a normal show day. I get in my car and travel off to Fenway Park.
When I get there, there were already so many fans about. I am safe in my car at the moment. The nervous feelings before the show have already hit me. I hope everything goes well today and no embarrassing mistakes. Not only the fans are here but our families are here too. It's been too long performing.

We all met at the Park, backstage. I see the whole New Kid family except mine. Joe is hanging with his kids. Jon is with Harley. Jenny is somewhere with Donnie. I go and sit in a corner out of the way with the Starbucks coffee I picked earlier. I watch from a distance, the NK family having a chill out before the show. Paul had come and disappeared as he was busy with deliveries. I should think of my waistline while tucking into a burger. But they are so good.
Before getting ready for the meet and greet, Donnie, Jon and I went out the back to talk to the fans outside. No hugging to the annoyance of Donnie. He is struggling with the concept. We are only allowed fist bumping.
