"Nicholas?!"
"Norie?"

"Oi! Stop!" A masked man yelled as he aimed the gun at him making him run again.

Norie cursed as she knew she had to go look for Nicholas, she felt her heart drop when she heard gunshots but she had to keep running. She froze and hitched a gasp when she saw motorcycle head lights turn on and light up the dark alley way.

"Norie?" The man laughed.

"Zan really rubbed off on you did he?"

He slowly left the shadows as his burnt face came into view. The face that smiled when he killed the only person Norie knew, the face of the person she spat his name out with poison.

"I'm surprised you even end up getting the gun! I'm pretty sure I hid it the best of my ability...or did I do it on purpose because you knew I was gone?" He spoke

Norie backed away slightly as he moved forward, he smirked as he says "now are you going to use it?"

"Fight me like your old man or run away like the coward you were that day"

"Zan!"

"Go!"

"Zan-"

"GO! RUN NORIE!"

She dug her nails into her palms making him laugh and say "you didn't come here alone I heard"

"Seems like your little boyfriends gonna relive what your father went through-"

Norie quickly swung her foot as she slammed her heel with the button and a bullet shot out of the heel and landed on the rusty loose stair tower. It immediately broke as it topples over, hearing it creek as it went towards him.

He quickly backed away on his motorcycle as debris and dust covered the alley way, and with Nicholas he ran as he was still being chased. He noticed the dust from afar as the tower fell. Knowing that it had to be her.

Norie ran as she heard the motorcycle roar behind her, she reached stairs as it led to the big platform above her. She ran up as she gasped when his bike rode quickly towards her making her yell and ran up the steps.

Before the motorcycle could run her over she threw herself to the other set of stairs and the bike crashed into the wall, Norie quickly picked herself up and continued up the stairs. Breathing heavily as she held Zans gun to her chest, she made it up and ran across the metal platform.

"Shit!" Norie yelled as she stopped when she almost fell 50 feet to her death, she moved away from the edge and heard the familiar dark laughter.

She turned and saw him walking towards her, he aimed the gun at her while saying "you could've avoided this Norie"

"None of it should've happened if you had just forgotten about that gun. I believed you were smart, you are. But look where you got yourself into"

"What-"

Norie flinched when he shot the gun and it landed on the nailed edges of two metals she stood on. The ledge started to tilt making her try and not loose her balance, she breathed heavily as she grabs her other gun and aimed it but she yelled when Beau shot it out of her hand.

Though that sudden attack made her back up a bit to much and slipped off the edge, Norie yelled but grabbed onto the ledge with one hand before she fell. She grunted as she tried pulling herself up while holding the chainsaw gun in her other but stopped when he appeared in front of her.

He smirked down at her as he hovered his foot over her fingers.

"You survived for so long, I'm surprised...all these years were just as if he had never left. You did a good job raising his legacy" he spoke.

"But such a poor job on ending it"

Norie stared with wide eyes as he lifted his foot up, the wind blowing through her hair and waited for the pain to coarse through her fingers but never came since they heard a bullet shoot.

He froze as he looked down at his chest, a dark substance started staining his shirt and Norie felt some of the blood land on her face. He touched his wound slightly and looked at his hand, he stumbled back before choking on the metal taste

He wheezed out and fell forward, and as he did, he bumped into Norie making her yell when her hand lost grip on the edge. But before she could fall a hand wrapped around her wrist.

She looked down as she saw his body disappear into the sandstorm below, Norie turned her head up and saw Nicholas, he groaned and pulled her up. Norie yelped when she fell onto him, the sun was slowly appearing from the horizon. She looked down at him as he smirked.

"What?" Nicholas says as he held her hips.

"You...you killed him..." Norie spoke in shock.

He blinked and said "was I not suppose to?"

"No- I mean- yeah! Yeah- you killed him-" she says as she sat up on his hips.

"Yeah-"

Nicholas flinched and tensed up when Norie hugged him tightly, he patted her back awkwardly but before he could relax his body she got off him and grabbed his hand to pull him up, the adults looked at each other before quickly turning away and dusted their hands.

"Thank you, really" Norie says as they slowly walked across the tilting metal.

"I've been trying to kill him but...I just couldn't"

"No worries, though I have your invoice here so-" Nicholas responded.

He stopped when he saw her glare at him making him crumble the paper and toss it behind him.

"Let's get back to the jeep-"

Norie stared in horror as the jeep was missing from the spot she parked it in, Nicholas scratched his head before humming "hm..."

His eyes then lightened up and says "oh...I forgot, I meant that I did lock the door...it's the jeep door I forgot to lock, my bad"

She gritted her teeth as her face turned into one of anger.

"NIC-"

"HO-"

"-LAS!"

"...wanna make out?"

"... respectfully-"

Nicholas yelled when Norie slammed him onto the ground and immediately started shaking him by the neck as some people watched in confusion.
