"Holding out on us for what?" Jasmyne groaned as I closed my locker shut.

"Ain't nobody holding out on y'all delusional asses. I told y'all the real and y'all keep pestering me." I kissed my teeth as we headed towards the gym.

"So you expect me to think that you was in Miami, with your man... going on dates and shit and y'all ain't bone? You must take me for a fool." She scoffed.

I rolled my eyes and sped up my pace to the gym. She kissed her teeth and yanked my backpack softly.

"Don't get all sensitive chile'. I'm just playing."

"Girl no you not. But seriously, we didn't do anything."

Today was our first day back to school from the three day weekend we had and Jasmyne and April been down my throat since we landed yesterday. Did I think I was going to be losing my virginity this weekend? Of course. Am I pressed that I didn't? Not at all. We had every opportunity to do so, but we were so caught up in each other it just never came across my mind like that.

Quavious is also set on us waiting anyways. He really wants to make sure that I'm ready and I can't do anything but cherish him for caring about me so much to even take that into consideration.

As of now, Jasmyne and I were on our way to the gym to attend our volleyball meeting. This upcoming game was not only a home game, but it was also senior night which meant that the graduating seniors on the team would get recognized before the game and walk onto the court with their parents...

"Hey girls." Coach Boswell greeted us as we walked in.

"Hey coach."

Looking at the bleachers there were five other girls, including Brielle. I let a snicker loose once I noticed that she had a long scratch on the side of her face. Jasmyne, who noticed, pinched my side and snickered as well.

"Okay ladies, so as you all know this week's game will be our senior night. The entrance won't be anything fancy, you'll line up over there with your folks and each pair will walk out as we call your name. There'll be markers for you guys to walk to. The lower classmen have prepared gifts for you all so you'll receive those soon as you all are in your rightful spots. Any questions?" He looked around at us all.

"Alright, I'll need to know who and the names of who everyone will be escorted with by Friday morning. Y'all have a good rest of the evening and be ready for practice come tomorrow." He dismissed us.

"Well that was quick." I chuckled as we stood from the bleachers.

"Girl I'm not complaining." Jasmyne shook her head.

We walked out the gym doors and towards Jasmyne's car. She picked April and I up for school this morning, so April was sitting in here waiting for us to return from the meeting.

"Why is it hot in here?" I scrunched my face up at the temperature as I slid into the backseat.

"Girl, that's cause it's freezing outside." She scoffed.

"It's barely even cold outside and you have a fucking hoodie on. Stop eating all that ice." Jasmyne scolded her before turning the heat down.

"Whatever, can we swing by Popeye's? Or you whores have other plans?" April questioned.

"I'm up for Popeye's." I shrugged.

"This look like a damn uber?" Jasmyne mumbled before pulling out the parking lot.
