[Opened Again] Adventure Forward X Reader One-shots

"Where are we going?" Star Saviour asked as they were guided around by Compale blindfolded.

"Oh you'll see"

"I can't see anything"

"We're almost there"

"Please don't tell me you're taking me to the south pole or something"

"What, no? Why would I take you there, I'd take you to the north pole! But we're not going there"

"Where in the world are you taking me..."

"We're here!"

Compale takes off their blindfold, and they see a ski lodge at the distance.

"We're going skiing??"

"Yeah, it's not often I ever take anyone skiing nor had ever gone here many times, but I feel this is a special moment. To be with you"

"Aww, that's sweet of you, wait I'm not that good at skiing-"

"It's okay, I'm here to help you with that. Let's go over there and get in our skiing gear"

They nodded and followed after Compale to the lodge, after a while of being there, they're already in their skiing gear.

"Have you actually done this before?"

"A little, I remember trying to ski down a smaller hill with my family, but I sorta fell head first into the snow and all I got from that day is pure embarrassment"

"I'll make sure you don't fall like that on a small hill, let's go to one now"

Compale took the saviour to a small hill, watching over them as they ski down it a few times, he would catch them if they are about to fall. Star Saviour eventually grasps the balance needed to stay upright and doesn't fall into the snow anymore, they flopped into the snow with satisfaction.

"This is actually fun! Let's go to a more higher hill or something, I think I got it"

"We'd need to take a ski lift to get there, is it fine for you?"

"Oh I don't mind, I'm not afraid of heights"

"Alright, let's head over there, hopefully nothing bad happens"

"You say that like something will happen"

"Nothing will, but you don't know when something could occur"

"That's true"

"Let's not waste anymore time"

The two headed over to the ski lift, Compale let Star Saviour get on first before sitting next to them and then the lift began moving.

"Do other points go here?"

"Oh yes, sometimes this may be the others' go to vacation spot around the winter, unless you're Ixol trying to bring the summer... Into the mountains"

"Typical Ixol, so how's life in your place?"

"Peaceful, workshop's doing pretty good, everything is running smoothly and my mind's thoughts are all about you. Though I know you're not really into the cold too much"

"I mean it's literally super cold there, I can't handle it unless you put me next to a fireplace"

"I'll think about making a warm place for you to stay in my place, so we can hang out together without you freezing to ice"

"Thanks, I'll appreciate that a lot-"

The ski lift suddenly stops, alerting the two.

"Wh- what happened?"

"The ski lift stopped working! We're stuck up here..."

"Oh stars you jinxed it!"

"I'm sorry- I'm sure the people are probably going to find a way to get it to work? I suppose we wait- or find help down there!"

They hear laughing from the distance, Compale recognizes that laugh and scans the area, spotting a white to black point at the distance.

"Ixol! Did you do this?"

"Ha- no, but it's funny to see the lovebirds stuck on the ski lift!"

"Can you help us up here?"

"Oh don't worry, the ski lift is being checked on, don't know what to help about this other than laugh, HAH-"

Compale throws a snowball at him, silencing Ixol.

"This is not a laughing matter! I swear when we get off of here I'm going to bury you in the snow!"

"Not if you can catch me!"

The ski lift suddenly moves again and they get down, Ixol suddenly looks at Compale with slight fear and starts running off. He gets ready to run when Star Saviour held his arm.

"Let him be, you can beat him up later. We're here now, let's just continue skiing"

"Alright fine, I suppose I'll let him off the hook for now"

Star Saviour smiled and headed over the hill Compale mentioned, and together they spent their time skiing over it. Compale may had lost their control one time and hit a tree, Star Saviour looks to them with concern.

"I'm fine, let's keep going"

"Are you sure you hit a damn tree!"

"Yeah"

Compale chuckled at the saviour who looked over with confusion and more concern, despite that, they had a great time together. Compale stole a kiss from the Saviour before running off to find Ixol to throw a pile of snow at him.
