[Opened Again] Adventure Forward X Reader One-shots

Voixer walks through the halls of the emporium with Cyalm, they seem hesitant to follow them.

"Are you sure I need to even meet everyone? Especially Ixol? Can't I just go back to Verfection?"

"Oh, come on. It's not so bad, Ixol can be nice to talk to! They can be a bit unhinged, but only most of the time."

"I don't know... Are you really sure we'd get along?"

"It'll be fine, Voixer. Oh we're right here!"

"Where?" They say, tilting their head.

Cyalm points their finger downwards at the edge of the emporium's platform. "Look down."

Voixer looks down and sees the world entrance to distortion paradise, squinting their symbol.

"That doesn't look safe. Nor is it welcoming..."

"Well I wasn't lying when I said they get a bit unhinged. Now come on! They're expecting to see you today."

Cyalm leaps down onto the floating world entrance, waiting for Voixer to follow them. They hesitate but jump down to join Cyalm, following them through the entrance. They take a good look around the world that Ixol lives in, taking note of the chaotic environment.

"How are glitches even existing here? I would understand if this world was digital."

"Fire shouldn't exist either on water, but it does. Their world just doesn't make sense, that's the fun of worlds and their points based on aspects they embody. It can even seem illogical, or breaks the laws of physics."

"Where's Ixol? I don't see them anywhere."

"They're somewhere on the island, give them a moment. They've already sensed our presence."

The two of them stand there, waiting patiently for Ixol to appear. The black and white point soon appears, jumping down from somewhere high.

"Alright I'm here Cyalm, what did you want me to do again?"

"Well I'm sure you know Voixer-"

"The emo guy that's always with Verfection like metal stuck on a magnet?"

"Hey! I'm right here. How dare you-"

"Oh sorry I didn't see the darkness right before me."

"Stop!"

Cyalm looks at them nervously. "Calm down you two- no need to fight. Come on, why don't you two talk for a bit and try to get along?"

"Fine..." Voixer says, their symbol flickering as they look at the point in front of them. "So uh... You're Ixol, right?"

"Yeah, that's me. The one and only point that causes chaos!"

"Do you always have to just do chaos, or do you at least have some normal hobbies?"

"Ah well I like taking care of my fish and- no why do you even want to ask about that?"

"Can't I just try to make up a conversation starter? I don't really have much to say."

"Then don't say anything, easy."

"..."

"..."

The two of them stand there, saying nothing. Staring at each other as Cyalm looked at them with concern.

"Is this really how it's going to be for them?" They thought, watching the two points.

Voixer turns their gaze to Cyalm. "Cyalm I don't like this very much, can't I go back to my pocket dimension?"
