A Life Saving (Wrong Number)

Peter's POV

I was in my room, I didn't patrolled today because I could feel my body aching, so I was thinking about what the Avengers said, about mr Stark acting like a dad to me, he probably just see me as a charity case and he was just pitying me

I talked a little with the group chat as always, and went sleep, tomorrow is saturday so I don't have to go to Stark

***Time Skip***

Tony's POV

It's Saturday and we were watching a Cinderella, since Sam wanted to watch it and it was his time to choose

Since Peter started here we tried to make him feel comfortable, we already were considering him as a family member, we would do anything for him.

"Wanda: He sees you as his father, I read his mind, but he's scared of telling you, that Thomas man is a bitch who told Peter he's just a 'charity case' and you're pitying him" - she said rolling her eyes

Everyone was mad, really mad, the type of 'I won't hesitate to kill that man' mad, including me

Then, we decided to call Peter to stay the weekend here so he wouldn't have to stay with those psychos

Peter's POV

I received a call from Happy, but it was mr Stark, he was calling me to stay the weekend here

"Peter: I will not bother you?"

"Tony: What?! Of course no, kid! We want you to come here.

Then I heard everyone trough the phone saying:

"Pleaseeee"

"Peter: Ok, I'll go, I'll go..." I said smiling

I heard cheers and that made me more excited

I packed my bags and was going to get out when..

"Mr Thomas: Where do you think you're going?"

"Peter: I-I'm going to Stark..."

"Mr Thomas: No... you're not... it's saturday..."

"Peter: They called me"

"Mr Thomas: Why would they want you there? To disturb them? Come here..."

He punched me until I was lying on the floor, and then kicked me for a while, then he stopped and turned to me

"Mr Thomas: You. are. a. burden. Stark would never wnat you there, he just pity you, go back to your room... NOW!"

I went back to my room lumping and with my whole body aching and called to mr Stark

"Tony: Hey kid, you still coming right?"

"Peter: I- uh... I won't be able t-to go"

"Tony: Humm... okay I'm coming there"

"Peter: W-what?"

"Tony: I'm going to your house"

"Peter: W-what, no, you don't-

"Tony: See you soon kid!"

"Peter: Mr Stark? Mr- Mr Stark?"

He hung up...

I felt my vision getting blurry and then everything went black...

***Time Skip***

Tony's POV

We received a call from Peter, he said he wasn't going to come, which was strange, because he was so excited to come, we could practically 'hear' he smiling, that Thomas bitch probably didn't let him come, if it was a normal parent I would be okay with this, but it's a fucking bitch man

"Wanda: We're going with you."

"Tony: What?"

"Loki: We are going with you."

"Steve: Yeah, we're going. No arguments."

"Natasha: I'm gonna kill that bitch, I swear." She was fuming, she will kill that man

"Clint: Yeah, and we are not-

"Tony: Ok"

"Clint: What?"

"Tony: Ok, if you guys want to go, we all will go"

And that's what we did, we went to his house, it was a big house

Every Avenger was in front of the Thomas' House, we knocked on the door

Jacob Thomas opened the door

"Jacob: What do you wan- oh, Tony Stark and... Avengers, what can I do for you?" - he said with a fake smile

"Tony: Can we go in?"

"Jacob: O-of course, come in"

Natasha was analyzing the place

"Natasha: Is Peter here?"

"Jacob: Ye-yeah, he's in his room, probably sleeping, he's very tired from your little internship"

"Tony: Oh, Is he?"

"Jacob: Yes, Tony"

"Tony: Mr Stark."

"Jacob: What?"

"Tony: Call me mr Stark"

"Stephen: Didn't you have a wife? Carol, right?"

"Jacob: Yes, uh, she's on sabbatical, went on vacation"

"Clint: Hum... Peter didn't told us about it"

"Jacob: Why would he?"

"Pietro: Well, he tell us everything, he always says that you have a beautiful family"

"Jacob: He must've forgotten about it"

Wanda was reading his mind, she was angry, her hands started to glow a little but Vision put his arms around her, to calm her down

And it seems that he did something to his wife, maybe killed her

"Tony: Can we go see Peter, just say hi" I said with a really fake smile

"Jacob: As I said, he must be sleeping"

"Natasha: But if he isn't, we just wanna say hi, since he couldn't go to the tower today"

"Jacob: Ok... go"

We headed towards Peter's rooms

I knocked once... no response

"Tony: Peter? You there?"

Jacob came after us

"Jacob: See, he must be sleeping"

"Pepper: Peter... we're coming in, okay?"

"Jacob: What?! No, you can't do this."

"Thor: Or what?" Thor stopped in front of Jacob and with a raised eyebrow

He said nothing, so we opened the door, and then we ran to take Peter to the tower, he was laying on the floor full of bruises

"Jacob: Oh my God, what happ-"

"Bucky: If you say one more word, I swear that even God won't be able to save you"

We took Peter and the bags he packed to our ship and Bruce was going to take care of him until we get in the tower so Dr. Cho could help him with the kid, Natasha and Clint tied up Jacob with a rope and when the cops arrived they arrested him

Now we're going to the tower to take care of the kid, our kid, he will not suffer anymore... at least not if I can avoid it... I mean, if we can all avoid it...
