Loki saw Peter getting uncomfortable and then created a barrier around him and Bucky, so the class wouldn't see their classmate

While this, the team went to Flash

"Natasha: So... Flash, am I right?"

"Flash: Y-yes miss"

"Natasha: You think you are the guy, right? Think that you are tough? That you are cool by intimidating someone, by bullying others?"

He stayed silent, then Natasha snapped

"Natasha: I asked something, and I expect to get an answer."

Wanda tilted her head and her eyes brightened

"Wanda: So you never stopped bullying Peter?"

"Flash: I-I..."

"Tony: Answer her."

"Flash: I- Uh"

"Tony: Give us an answer!" - he snapped - "What? You're jealous of him like MJ said? You think you're better than him? Is he the only one you bully or you just chose him to be the lucky one? He already has many problems, you don't have to be another one, you little piece of shit" - at every word he gave he took a step

Then Peter appeared with Bucky, when he was more relaxed and calm

"Peter: Mr Stark, it's okay-"

"Tony: No it's not" - he turned again to Flash - "I thought we told you a year ago to stay away from Peter"

"Peter: Mr Stark..."

"Tony: We told you to never hurt him again..."

"Peter: Mr Stark..."

"Tony: I don't think you did what we asked you..."

"Peter: Tony!"

"Tony: And now you not only didn't do what we asked but insulted him right now in front of us..."

"Peter: Tony!"

"Tony: And now-"

"Peter: DAD, STOP!"

Tony freezed, he was caught by surprise, he turned slowly

Everyone, was looking at them, the class in shock and the team surprised but happy, since Tony was crazy for Peter to call him dad

"Tony: You called me what?"

"Peter: Nothing, I- uh... mr Stark?"

"Tony: No, you called me dad"

"Peter: No, I didn't"

"Tony: Yes you did, and I won't reply if you don't call me 'dad'"

"Peter: Ugh, fine... dad" - I said smiling

"Tony: Come here" - Then he hugged me - "How are you?"

"Peter: Fine..."

"Tony: Try again"

"Peter: I'm fine, I swear..."

"Tony: Ok..." - Then he turned to Flash again - "now you... you'll never get a job in here, I've been rejecting your applies, and now, you're definitely not getting a job here, and I'll make sure you never get into a good college and jo-"

"Peter: Dad, no. Don't do it please"

"Tony: Ugh... why not?"

"Peter: Because it's not worthy"

"Tony: You're too good to this world, son"

"Stephen: Okay, midtown, I think it's time for you all to go home"

The teacher was definitely shocked, he didn't say anything since they arrived, he never liked Peter, he always liked Flash

Kara, who was very shocked too, led all the kids to out of the place, and Pepper told them about the papers they and their parents signed when they came to the tower, which was a confidential document, everything they saw here that was out of the tour, couldn't go out, and by that, it meant that they couldn't talk about Peter or they would be sued

Then the team went to the penthouse

"Pepper: Since when?"

"Peter: What?"

"Natasha: Since when he started to bully you again?"

"Peter: Some weeks after you tell him to not bully me..."

"Clint: My God, so he practically ignored everything we told him"

"Loki: And it's been a year since this puny midgardian started to bully you again?"

"Peter: Yeah... So what about we order a pizza?"

"Tony: Don't try to change the subject here, boy"

"Clint: Yeah... but I would like a pizza"

"Natasha: Barton!"

"Clint: What? I know we have to talk to him, but I want pizza!"

"Steve: Ok, I'll order"

"Pietro: And since when you know how do it, oldie?"

"Steve: Oh, you think you're funny?"

"Pietro: I don't think... I know I am"

"Steve: Ok, so who's ordering?"

"Sam: Don't worry, I'll save the day!"

Then we ordered some pizzas and watched movies until the end of the day
