A Cassarian Story
Varian always knew that he cared for Cassandra. But he didn't realize how much until she was gone.
Six long years after Cassandra leaves Corona, she finally returns. Varian is overjoyed, but she comes bearing terrible news. A stran...
"Yay, your first date!" Opal says. "I'll bet it was amazing!"
"That's an understatement," Varian says, giving Cassandra a loving grin. "But before the date, I was so nervous! I wanted it to go perfectly, but I wasn't sure what we were even going to do. So I asked for some help..."
Varian awakens early the next morning, and immediately heads to the meeting room. He pulls the orbs out of his backpack, and places them on the table. They are still glowing brightly, almost blinding. What is he supposed to do with them?
Maybe Abhu could provide some insight, although he has been MIA ever since they arrived at the castle last night. He doesn't know of the new discovery they've made with the orbs yet... but really, he isn't missing much.
"Gotta figure this out..." Varian thinks aloud. But as hard as he tries to concentrate, all he can think about is the fact that he has a date. Today. With Cassandra. Cassandra! He has waited so long for this to happen. How did he get so lucky?
After a few minutes of staring at the orbs, his brain drawing a blank, Kristoff enters the room. "Hi! Just thought I'd check in and see if I could be of any assistance before I head out."

"Thanks for the offer, but I don't think so," Varian replies, not taking his eyes off the orbs.
"Alright then," Kristoff says. "See ya later." He starts to head out of the room, but an idea comes to Varian.
"Actually... Wait," Varian says. "May I ask you something?"
"Sure," Kristoff says. "Though I can't promise I'll be able to answer it."
"I think you can," Varian says. "I was just wondering... What kind of things are there to do in Arendelle?"
"What kind of things are you talking about?" Kristoff asks.
Varian rubs the back of his neck sheepishly. "Things like... for a date. I have one today. With Cassandra."
Kristoff smirks knowingly. "Ahhh, I gotcha. I know all the best places for dates around here. And most of them don't require a reindeer..."
After discussing optimal dating locations with Kristoff for a while, Varian believes he knows the perfect itinerary for his and Cassandra's date. "Thanks, Kristoff. You've been a big help."
"No problem," Kristoff says. "Good luck!"
As Kristoff leaves, Hugo and Abhu come in. "Look who I found wandering the hallways like a lost little lamb," Hugo says, gesturing to Abhu.
