"Technically, your plan worked." Cherry said." I mean, it is rolling off your back,"
"I'll get you a towel," and with that, Cherry left.

"I see Mom's advice is working out well for you," Max said as he walked up to me. " Ready to try revenge?"

"I'm in," I said

"Woah,whoa,woah." Max said,"Hear me out. For centuries, revenge was--wait you're in, " He said as he turned back to face me

"Totally, I can't let her get in my head before the audition." I said to Max

"Perfect, cause I did some research, and it turns out if Veronica fails her next math assignment, she'll be kicked out of choir." He explained

"Do you have a plan?" I asked my brother

"I have several, but only one that keeps us out of jail," He said. "I'm gonna replace her tutor with a new tutor: Max Thunderman."

"Then you sabotage her homework, and she fails." I said almost too happily."So devious. Yet so exciting. "

"Welcome to the dark side.

"Cute," I said

"The dark side's not cute, Phoebe." Max said and walked off. "There's Veronica's math tutor. Help me throw this anvil on him. "

"It's just Evan. I can handle him, " I said as I walked down the stairs to Evan."Hey Evan, aren't you in charge of the iguana in the science lab?"

"Yeah? Why? " He asked

"I heard her eggs are hatching," I said, and with that, he ran off in the direction of the classroom." Now go turn Veronica into' moronica.' " I laughed. "I got it no puns on the dark side,"

"Hey,Veronica. Evan is sick, and I'm your new tutor, " Max said to Veronica

"Whoever can help me with my math homework is fine by me,"

"Great. But a word of warning. I have some unusual tutoring methods. We won't be needing this math book, " Max said as he tossed the book.

"That was my English book," Veronica said

"We won't need that either." He said, and he walked away with Veronica.

"We already had math today. Why are we waiting outside the class?" Cherry asked

"Because when Veronica gets an 'F' on her homework," I told Cherry, " I get to watch her kicked out of the choir" Veronica soon came out of class we turned to face the lockers so she won't see us.

"Hey,girl.Guess who gets to stay in choir cause they got an 'A'?" I heard Veronica say I had no words, "and guess who did my homework? My new boyfriend" just as she said that Max appeared woah Becca is not gonna like this.

Max's P.O.V
I was in my room taking to Colosso when my sister came downstairs, "Max?" She questioned she then freezed me with her freeze breath.

"Ow," I said as I held my leg in pain. " Freeze kick. What's next, a super wedgie? " I asked who told me to say that cause that's exactly what she did.

"You got Veronica an 'A' on her homework." She said."You were supposed to help me get revenge, not become her boyfriend. What if Becca finds out? "

"Phoebe, I know you're mad... and Becca won't find out since she's not coming to school for the week. "

"How could you betray your own sister?" She asked." We were on the same side. Promises were made. T-shirts were printed."

"Yeah, but that's the best thing about the dark side,Phoebe," I said. "You don't know who to really trust. You would know that if you read the handbook, "

"You know what?" She said," I don't need your help or your dark side. I can get that solo spot on my own with the power of my...voice, " She said as she sang the last word

Phoebe's P.O.V
I was in the living room practicing for the audition" Off to do your 'girlfriend's ' homework," I said, finger quoting the last part. "Can't you see she's using you?

"Phoebe,when you're in a committed relationship[which is fake Max and Becca 4life], it is very common for the boy to do the girl's homework " He explained Max left for the kitchen when Evan came telling me that he's Veronica's tutor boyfriend. Max eventually found out about the tutor boyfriends.

" Hey, Max," I said

"Why do I get the feeling you just tutored me?" He asked

"It was the only way I could get you to believe how horrible she is, and plus, you still have your amazing girlfriend," I said

"So you were willing to help me after I betrayed you?" He asked

"Of course. You're my brother." I replied.

"Thanks. That's... really nice, " Max said his phone went off "Hey isn't your audition right now? "

"Aww, you put my audition in your phone?" I asked

"Actually, this is a reminder to wish Veronica good luck beating you," He said. " Wait, you're missing your audition to help me? I went to my audition with Max following me. I began singing, but Veronica was trying to make me fail, but Max used his powers to help me, which I'm grateful for. I passed my audition and gained the solo spot.
