Sitting on the edge of the Rainbow Bridge, you and Loki enjoyed the beautiful sunset together, waiting for an answer. You looked down at the water, watching your feet dangle. You exhaled and blinked, taking in the view. "What are we going to do?" you asked.
Loki sighed deeply. "I don't know."
Leaning back now, you stretched out your arms, getting more comfortable on the bridge. The raven-haired man towered over you, blocking the sunlight, as he looked out at the Asgardian sea. With the silence lingering around, you decided to try a small conversation to get you two's minds off the stress. "What do you think Thor is doing now?" you asked staring up at the clouds passing by.
"Let me think...probably stuffing his face with fattening Midgard foods."
You laughed at that remark. "Have you ever done something that bad, to get banished from a realm before?"
"I do have a record of doing mischievous things, but I never-...oh wait, there was that one time in Niflheim."
"Oh my, what did you do?" you asked now sitting up with interest.
"Let's see. I was traveling there to receive an old book about how mortals die of age, because I was quite curious of how it worked and wondered why us gods have a longer life span. So when I arrived, the guards of the sacred book wouldn't let me have it so I...might have killed them and stole it." he said in an innocent tone, which he really wasn't innocent.
"Loki!" you said in a 'shocking', playful way, messing with him.
"It's true." he smirked.
Within seconds, Odin called for you two to come back into the palace.
"Your father and I have both decided that the answer will be a yes. The marriage is accepted."
You jumped on Loki. "Did you hear that?"
He smiled at you. "Crystal clear! Come, let's get started."
"Now?"
"What better time than now? What better place than here?"
"While Asgard falls around us in the sunset?"
"Indeed."
Everyone went into a peaceful place, which was what remained of Frigga's garden. The two kings cleaned up the place a bit, to make it look nicer. Even though the wedding won't be like the vision you had in the endless field, it will at least be something, nothing big and major. You wore the same clothes you once did towards the beginning, but you still looked beautiful. On the other hand, Loki has seen his better days, but it still counted.
Hand in hand, you stood in front of Loki as your father spoke the words for a marriage. After a few moments, he asked "Do you Loki, take (Name) to be your wife?"
"I do!" slipped through his lips.
"And do you, (Name) take Loki to be your husband?"
The words came out of your mouth, making it official, as Loki firmly kissed you.
-Three months later-
Thor had properly come back to Asgard, living his days fighting and protecting his home. The realm has been rebuilt and wealthy again, despite the many deaths that occurred. Stravlgard and Asgard are now happily together as one, keeping the title 'Asgard'. As for you and Loki, were going to be spending quite a lot of time together.
-Present Time-
You entered what used to Loki's room, now you two's room that you shared. "Hey, there!" you generously said to Loki as he sat in the large, wall length, window near the bed. "Where have you been all day? I've missed you." he said hopping down, coming to you.
"Just finishing up some daily duties. And where have you been? In the room all day?" you teased.
"Waiting for you." he said grinning. "Remember when we first met?" he purred while coming up from behind you.
"I do." you answered with a small laugh.
Loki's hands met your hips, making circular motions on your skin with his finger tips. You inhaled then slowly exhaled as if relaxed while wrapping your arms around his torso. The raven-haired man kissed your exposed skin above your neck. You felt the need to stop him, but couldn't, it was too good of a feeling to stop. Turning around, you faced him and smirked.
He grabbed you and threw you onto the bed. It was nice to be with someone for once and not be afraid, nor be afraid of it being wrong and getting caught later to be punished. The sweet company of Loki swooned you. Him, being on top of your body. Forming into one being. Sharing the love of another.
Loki's warm body caressed yours gently, keeping you close and safe, until you two fell into a deep slumber.
-The next morning-
You awoke to see Loki shaking your right shoulder. "Wake up sleeping beauty." he said.
"I'm up! I'm up!"
"Good. I'm glad that you are well and alive. To be with me for the rest of your days. Waking up together, side by side. In each others presents. I'm glad to have you..."

*I would like to go ahead and say that I know that Loki's character seemed to be more sensitive than he was in the movie, that's because I wanted to show his loving side that he has deep down inside him to you 'the character'
Bad ending? Yes, probably. I'm sorry (don't hurt me)
I hope that you enjoyed this story. I will hopefully make more stories in the future.
So I hope you stick around to read more. And thank you soooo much for reading this (rubbish) story.*
