Night out

Ashton shurgged. "I'm down" He was just about to get the tickets before I stopped him.

"Hold on there, why don't you go with Claire?" I questioned he looked a bit suprised.

"I don't think she would I mean-" he said before I butted in.

"Screw the past" I handed him back the tickets.

"Just go as friends and end this awkwardness that goes on between you guys and dont say everything is fine" I stated.

He looked a bit scared to what I said but agreed. "If she says no then I can't do anything" He walked away to find Claire.

Ashton shoke his head "You think that's a good idea..plus you wasted good tickets"

"Yes I think it a great idea, and please it's movie tickets" I responded.

"Whatever" He rolled his eyes as we went back to eating lunch.

Claire POV

I return back from luch to the school to find Carter sitting on the steps of the school. "Hey what's up?" I wonder as he got up.

"Er nothing much, but I got these extra ticketsto movies tonights and don't want them to go to waste so want to come?" He asked.

It was sweet of him to ask but it's probably because Rebecca said no to the offer first and I don't want to start another love triangle.

"What about Rebecca?" I asked. He slowly responded to that

"Um.. well.. she kind of already has plans" He chuckled to it.

"It's just as friends" He stated.

Maybe I should I don't want that weird distance between us, like everytime I see him we have short conversation and the move on.

"Sure I'll go.." I answered. Oh well.

A huge smile appeared on his face "Sweet! See you tonight" He told.

Night the same day

Sawyer POV

Jason and I entered the house. "We are home" I yelled, Mom and Dad smiled too the cast being removed. "Feels good to walk again" Dad smirked.

"I feel better than ever" I smiled back. I did get my cast removed but my foot wasn't fully healed so I have the boot on for a week before I can fully remove everything.

Jake Jagielski walked down the stairs "Oh hey Sawyer nice to see your better" He gave a smile.

I thanked him before mom spoked. "Okay well, I trust you to be safe with Jason, your dad, Jake and I will be heading out to Brooke's House" Mom explained.

"Yeah I'll make sure she isn't doing anything dumb" Jason laughed including everyone else. "Ha ha so funny"I rolled my eyes.

Once they left out the door a great idea ran through my head.

"So there is a party tonight at TRIC, and that girls going to be there" I winked towards him.

"She rejected me once and I don't need a second one" He retaliated and turned around.

I turned him back around "That's only because you stuttered most of the time and had no control on what you were saying" I told him why it happened.

He slightly looked confused. "We are in twenties this is the time to have fun!" I reasoned with him.

"Alright fine, but if anything happens I'm blaming you" He reckoned.

"Fine with me me" I grinned.
