Chapter Twenty Eight~ Four Supes and a Baby

"I need to get this inside before dad sees it," I said as I took the safe out of the box.

"Where'd you get that safe?" Nora asked

"He bought it off the Evil Bay. Belonged to Dark Mayhem, but no one can open it, " Becca said.

"If no one can open it, then why'd you buy it?" Billy asked.

"Because I know a kid with laser eyes and another who can hammer with superspeed," Max explained

"You know someone else with superspeed. Oh wait, me again, " Billy said

"Now let's go see what evil treasures are inside Dad doesn't know he paid for," I said as I walked inside. " Come on, Babe,"

"Coming," I heard her say.

Becca's P.O.V
I walked inside with Max as he went to his room while I stayed on the couch. Mr. and Mrs.Thunderman grounded the kids since they were playing laser tag. "Great, now we're stuck here opening Max's safe," Nora said.

"Safety books," I heard Max say as he walked over to the couch. " Is what we'll be cracking open because that's what big brother Max is all about," He continued as he wrapped his arms around their shoulders. "Safety "

"Becca, keep an eye on him," Mrs.Thunderman said as they walked out the door.

"Max, let me take the kids to the park for half an hour." Phoebe said.

"And go against mother and fathers wishes. Phoebe, that would be wrong, " Max said."Come on, kids, let's go do something wrong. " He said as he walked to the slide, allowing Billy to go first.

"You're not getting your way this time," Phoebe shouted.

"Sorry, can't hear you . I'm too busy getting my way." He shouted back

"How do you deal with him, Becca?" Phoebe asked.

"Sometimes I wonder that myself," I replied. "Now see ya,". I walked downstairs to Max's room, where I saw him by his safe and the kids on his bed. I walked over to his bed and sat down.

"Ouch, you bit me," Billy said.

"Sorry not. Sorry," Dr. Colosso laughed

"Alright, since this is a supervillian safe. Nora, you're going to use your laser eyes to melt the titanium door, " Max explained. I looked over at Nora and saw that she was floating it's probably Phoebe trying to get them.

"Heck yeah woah. Billy, you're going to use your superspeed to use these hammers. " He continued. Max turned around and saw that they were gone. "Where'd they go?"

"Phoebe took them." I said

"Of course she did. Let's go, Becca, " He said as he ran upstairs.

At the Park
Max and I ran to the park "Phoebe" I shouted " How many parks are in this city?" She pointed at the sign below us

"Right, " Max said

"Worst timing ever, Max," Phoebe said, clearly annoyed.

"You stole Billy, and Nora from me." Max said

"I needed them," She answered

"For what? " I asked

"Hey, don't try to trick me in your girl talk, alright. They're mine," Max said as he walked away in the direction of the kids. I walked with Phoebe back to Dylan

"Hey Dylan," I waved

"Hey Becca," he smiled

"Sorry about that, he just came to pick up his siblings." I explained

Max's P.O.V
"Billy and Nora, let's go," I said as I approached them.

"Not yet. Billy is using balloons to teach our babies their colors, " Nora said

"Fruits aren't colors. Let's go open, my safe, " I said as I turned around.

"I'm not leaving, and you can't catch me," Nora said as she tried to run away.

"I don't need to catch you. I caught baby lulu, " I said as I walked back to Becca." Let's go, Babe.

Becca's P.O.V
We were back home when we realized we had taken the wrong baby. " Guys, this is Dylans baby brother Rusty." I said, panicking. We thought of a plan to switch the babies back. It ended up working, I'm just glad that turned out alright. We went back home to help Max finally open his safe.

"Come on, Max, we're hungry," they whined.

"You'll get pretzels when you crack the safe," Max said

"Why don't you just try the password?" I asked

"Uh, babe, if we knew it, wouldn't you think we would have tried it?" Max asked

"I know it," I said as I got up and shoved the kids aside. I placed the password in, and it unlocked.

"How'd you know that?" Billy asked

"Out the way, Babe," Max said as he shoved me aside. He opened it and got punched in the groin as he fell to the ground.

"Well, that was funny." I laughed

Later that night
"Babe, how'd you know the password to the safe?" Max asked

"I..I really don't know." I answered. He walked over and sat down next to me "Max can I tell you something?"

"Of course you can. You can tell me anything. " He said.

"I don't really know my parents. I only know my sister and my brother. " I started

"You have siblings?" Max questioned

"Yes, weren't you listening." I said

"Continue." He said

"Yh and my sister already came looking for me already saying that I'll regret my decision for leaving which I don't remember." I continued

"Oh.. well, we'll figure this out together. " He reassured.

"Thanks, Babe." I smiled.

"Now come here," He said as he pulled me onto his lap. " He leaned in and pressed a soft his against my lips.

"I love you, Max," I whispered

"I love you too." He whispered as he leaned back on his bed. I rolled off him and snuggled closer to him with that we fell asleep.
