“This is too much,” Dominic muttered, running his fingers through his hair.
“I know. It is 5 years worth,” Ella said. “You know maybe you’ll remember little by little-”
“Don’t hold your breath!” he growled. Ella flinched and Dominic immediately felt bad.
“I’m sorry,” Dominic said, more softly. “It’s just-”
“I get it,” she said, waving it off. “I mean, you forgot a big part of your life, Dominic.” She bit her lip. “I really don’t think me telling you is helping you anyways.” She looked down at her hands. “Alyssa should be doing this...”
“Why isn’t she?” He asked, curiously.
“You guys dated for awhile again and... you asked her to marry you and you guys had a fight and ended up breaking. She’s dating that curly haired guy now.”
“Hm.”
“Hm? Thats all you can say?” Ella said, crossing her arms.
“This is a lot to take in, Ella,” he said, rolling his eyes.
“At least you got my name right!” She said, smiling. How this girl became so perky in like three seconds will forever be a mystery to him.
Another silence.
“How about we go meet the others,” Ella suggested. “Maybe seeing their faces will bring something back. Plus you look like a vampire.”
Dominic laughed as he carefully got up.
“A sexy vampire,” he corrected, winking at her.
Ella rolled her eyes. “Sorry I’m taken,” she said, smirking. Ella grabbed the black leather jacket off the table and helped Dominic in, considering he wasn’t wearing a shirt and his other shirt was all bloody.
“Too bad,” Dominic whispered as she came to his side and put his arm around her neck.
Ella laughed. If she was going to have to deal with a flirty Dominic, he better remember fast.
They slowly made their way outside. The rest of the gang were huddled around a fire.
“Ooo a party,” Dominic joked, making Ella laugh again.
“How did it go?” The blonde haired boy asked. Ella slowly set Dominic down.
“Boring,” Dominic responded, smirking. Ella looked over at her boyfriend.
“I really don’t think me sitting there and telling him his life, which half I don’t know by the way, is going to help,” Ella said, glaring over at Alyssa. Dominic followed her glare to the brown haired girl leaning against the curly haired boy. Dominic had only gotten a glimpse of her before, she ran out pretty quickly.
He had a feeling she did that alot.
But looking at her, taking in her, he realized one thing.
She was so freaking hot.
Her hair was wavy and untamed, but it made her look wild despite the innocent look on her face.
She wore a leather jacket that was zipped up, showing off her killer curves. She wore tight black pants and black leather boots that made her look so badass.
But there was something wrong.
And it was the guy that had his arms around her.
Alyssa could feel Dominic’s heavy gaze and she looked up.
