Back With Y/n...

"Where do we go from here?" Y/n asked as he looked up at the mountain and hills surrounding them. He squinted his eyes because the light reflected off the powder-white snow, and Y/n sighed.

"I say we hide and stay away from that big metal dragon!" Agumon said as he looked at Y/n.

"For being partners with the crest of courage, you sure are easy at being scared," Y/n said, looking at Agumon.

"I say we should go back to M-Matt... Is it okay to call him that?" Gabumon asked Y/n, who just smiled.

"Yeah, why wouldn't it? You two are partners. He played the harmonica for you. And you, Agumon, you ate Tai's Takoyaki before," Y/n said as he rubbed his arms to keep heat in his body.

"So what's the plan?" Agumon asked as he looked up at Y/n with a curious look.

"I agree with Gabumon that we should get back with Kari, Tai, and the others. If we run into Machindramon again or another one of the dark masters, we're toast," Y/n said, looking up at what seemed to be Ice Sanctuary. "Looks like that is Ice Sanctuary! Let's get moving!"

"Yeah, but instead of toast, wouldn't we be a popsicle because it is freezing?" Agumon said as they began to walk towards Ice Sanctuary.

"As much as I love a good joke, we almost died to Machinedramon. don't try to kill me with puns," Y/n said as the three of them continued to walk.

"Do you think the others will be fine, Y/n?" Gabumon asked as they walked on a little bit more.

"Of course, knowing them, we are all in a good situation right now... Other than us, of course," Y/n said as he began to wonder what happened with the rest of the group.

With Joe...

"Joe... Where are we?" Palmon asked, holding on to Joe's leg as they were on Mt. Infinity. Patamon was also other as he was on top of Joe's shoulder and was also holding on for dear life.

"We're on top of Mt. Infinity..." Joe said as he looked down and saw the massive drop going down as he gulped.

"What are we going to do..." Patamon asked as Joe took a deep breath and looked for a way to get down.

"There's only one thing that we can do..." Joe said as Palmon and Patamon looked at him.

"You mean..." Palmon asked as she gripped Joe's leg tighter.

"Yup, we are going down!" Joe said as he began their departure going down Mt. Infinity.

With Kari and Tai...

"Y/n..." Kari quietly let out in her sleep after she was on the ground sleeping with Salamon near her stomach, also taking a nap, while she was dreaming of her and Y/n having a family together, and there was a small but present blush on her face.

"Kari..." A figure who seemed to be Y/n in her dreams said to her calmly and soothingly.

"Yes, Y/n..." Kari said as the figure looked confused and tilted its head.

"Y/n? Kari, are you okay?" The figure said, revealing themselves to be Tai.

"Tai? Salamon..." Kari let out as she rubbed her eyes while Tai looked relieved, seeing that his little sister was okay.

"Glad to see you okay," Tai said as he offered a hand to his sister, but Salamon jumped into her arms instead, and Kari got up, leaving Tai's hand hanging there, making him sweatdrop.
