"Jungkook are you done yet" Joyan asked as it was time for lunch and kook was still in the lab.

"Yeah almost just a minute" Kook said mixing something in a bowl.

It's been a couple of days since kook started working with tae and his team. It has been an amazing time for him with them. He had already gave the promised party to his friends and Rou had literally cried about kook not being his colleague anymore but at last everything was meant to be.

He had already won the heart of his friends in here with his magical cooking and also he is the most admired person in the whole company even the other team is impressed by kook and so kook is a friend of everyone.

And kook right now is working on a new experimented recipe which is to be tested and then they will make either changes in it or would go with it.

Also tae kook has became quite close to each other they would spend their time together mostly and if they can't than they would also visit each other's house in the name of work.

"And i am done let's go hyung" Kook said taking off his apron and making his way towards the door.

"You know kook today they are serving spicy hot chicken and i am a sucker for it like damn it tastes soo yummy I am going to have a lot" Joyan said while swinging back and forth.

"Yes even I love it soo much they make it too much deliciously" Kook said drooling at his imagination.

Soon both the boys reached cafeteria after washing their hands.

"Aeyo kook here's your food tae already got it and here's yours jagi" Moya said and joyan sat beside her replying with a thank you.

Kook sat beside Tae and also thanked him for the service.

"So i heard that we are gonna have our meeting about the new project very soon" Suyako said and took a bite of spicy hot chicken (I suddenly remembered chicken noodle soup).

"Um yeah Notice will be given after lunch" Moya said.

"Well I am really excited to show off our kookie's cooking skills and let everyone know that this gem is ours now" Joyan said and stuffed his mouth with some noodles while others just smiled at him.

"Yeah it's no lie that kook is just out of this world and i would also be soo much proud to let everyone know that how much talented he is, but kook I wanna know how do you feel about it, the meeting" Tae asked.

"If I truly say I am really excited but at the same time nervous and anxious too" Kook said.

"Oh why.., no need to be nervous or anxious kook there's nothing to worry about I already know that we will be successful but still if we somehow won't be able to do good than we will try again and improve ok" Huya said and patted kook on his head and tae looked at him with his sharp eyes squinting them cutely which was seen by Suyako so to save his man he gently took his hand from kook's head.

"Aish everyone stop thinking about future and let's live in the present so just enjoy the savoury taste of these tasty chicken wings oh my god they are to die for" Joyan said and Moya smacked his head softly mumbling a dramatic to herself.

They all had their lunch while chit-chatting and after that again went back to their work also they were also provided with the notice of meeting which will be held next week.

"Jungkookie" Tae said coming towards kook's desk who was writing something on the laptop.

"Yeah" Kook looked up at tae and replied and than again started doing what he was doing.

"Would you like to come at my place, we can discuss about our project" Tae said while peeking at the laptop.

"Um sorry hyung but i have to go somewhere before going home" Kook said apologetically.

"Oh no problem" Tae said dully and started to make his way out of kook's desk.

"Ah....hyung but i will be done quickly so if you're ok than i would come to your place after visiting the place I have to" Kook said with hope in his voice and eyes.

"Absolutely fine kook, instead I think  we can visit the place together and than leave for my house if it's fine with you" Tae said with his boxy smile.

"Yeah we can do that" Kook said also showing his bunny smile.

TIME SKIP:

"See you tomorrow guys have a good night bye" Joyan said waving his hand towards everyone while clumsily getting in his car. One by one everyone left now it's just taekook.

"So let's get going shall we" Tae said and kook nodded opening door for tae who sat comfortably and kook sat on driver's seat.

Kook drove them both to a gift shop.

"A gift shop but today's not my birthday nor any other occasion" Tae said jokingly.

"It's not for your birthday hyung it's for my friend's birthday also for you I won't just buy a gift I would surprise you like you have never ever been" Kook said and tae blushed.

"Hmm I will be waiting for that surprise than" Tae said.

They went through different categories of gift but nothing pleased tae enough and that was the reason why they have been in the same shop for last 30 minutes.

"Tae just choose something from these  they all are a great gift" Kook said sighing.

"Are you serious jungkook, I am not saying these things are not pretty they are but dont you think it's too much old to give watches, accessories, teddies..... Ok exclude the teddy but still you should think about something different for your friend's gift" Tae said trying as hard as he could to convince kook that what he said is correct.

"Ok than you suggest me what should we gift him" Kook finally asked being done with tae and his unique gifts philosophy.

"Umm how about perfume" Tae said grinning at kook.

Both the shop keeper and kook looked at tae in disbelief.

"Tae sweety don't you think perfume is also a basic gift" Kook said and the shop keeper nodded her head trying to help kook with this point.

"No" Tae said still grinning and kook just looked down than up at the shop keeper who understood his pain and just smiled at kook encouraging him for keeping it up with tae till now.

She showed them a variety of products in perfumes and finally after going through a lot tae chose one which he thought is good enough.

After getting it packed kook asked tae to put it in the car while he will pay and be back.

Kook went to the counter to pay and the lady gave him the receipt and said "your husband is quite choosy but looking at you I can see that he has the best choice".

Kook didn't said anything and just smiled at her wondering how she just jumped on the possibility of tae being his husband.

He came out of the shop and saw tae sitting inside the car.

He just grinned to himself and took him to the restaurant where he used to work before as the birthday boy was his old colleague at the restaurant he used to work at.
