TIME SKIP TO THE DAY OF MEETING:

Everywhere in office everybody was moving here and there, taking out prints, files and other things required for the meeting.

While tae and his team is also busy, they have to prepare their product and also to give a final check on their presentation.

"Moya make sure that there is nothing left, we can't risk anything at this point" Tae said while going through the product file.

"Huyako are the feedback receipt's copies attached to the files?" Tae asked.

"Yes, also here this is extra copy of it for reference" Huyako said and gave  it to tae.

"Ok...so....everyone ready" tae asked turning around to look at his team members.

"Kook don't worry hmm....just relax it's not a war or something just a meeting" Joyan said.

"Yeah...but i am not that worried...the response we received is good enough to give me confidence" kook said.

"It's you Joyan who is worried...so....stop being worried and let's go"Moya said and so they all went to the conference room.

IN MEETING ROOM:

"Hello everyone welcome, today we have all gathered here to take the monthly report of all the activities happened in the ongoing month and also to analyse the work of the projects proposed in last meeting. So...on behalf of our company, I am welcoming our board members and would request our CEO to proceed with the meeting, thank you" The secretary said and sat down on her chair.

"Good morning to you all, I request Mr. Kim Taehyung to show his presentation and introduce the product he and his team has worked on" Namjoon said and smiled at tae.

"Good morning to  CEO-nim, board members and my fellow colleagues, as me and my team had proposed the idea for our next project, I would like to represent it to you all" Tae said and the presentation started where there were deatails about his new product.

"The files given to all of you already have the feedback of people who have tried it which is positive as everyone loved the flavours and authenticness of the product, people even requested for more of these type of flavorful ready to eat food" Tae said with proudness.

"How many samples were given out Mr. Kim" One of the board member asked.

"50 sir"tae said .

"That's too less, don't you think just taking 50 people's response or opinion won't do that great, among such a big population who have different taste and preference how could you say that just 50 is enough and the product is a hit" One of the board member said.

"You are right sir and that's why our one pack can serve for 10 people at a time, so...in total we got the feedback of 500 people or maybe more as some people shared their food with others cause we had asked the staff to only serve one time for the same consumer so that we won't get double feedback from the same person" Tae explained.

The board members were impressed with tae and his team's work, everything about the product was perfect their packaging, quantity, quality, price and the main element flavors, etc.

And so the product was approved by the board.

Than another discussion started soon the meeting ended.

"Whoa....this was one of the best meetings we ever had" Huyako said as they exit the conference room.

"You are right, dude... you should have seen the face of Mr. Han he looked soo funny when the directors approved our product man was about to cry" Joyan said while laughing and gave a high five to Huyako who was also focused on Mr. Han's face at that time.
