Into the Void

"Okay, let me get this straight," Kasane said. Uzi had just finished explaining her abilities to her, and she was baffled. "You have Psychokinesis yourself, but you can also transform into this winged robot creature that eats other robots, and you can hack? Not only that, but you even regenerate and create organic material?"

"That sums it up," Uzi replied with a shrug. Then, she grinned and said, "I can also grow a tail. Wanna see it?"

"No, not really."

"Worth a shot." Uzi frowned, turning away from the silver-haired girl. "Are you still gonna think of a plan to get us out of here?"

Before Kasane could answer, the two were startled by the sound of a door opening from far away. Then, they heard two sets of footsteps approaching.

"Is that...?" Kasane raised an eyebrow.

"The goons." Uzi wore a glare when she said that.

It wasn't long until two men wearing all black and visors on their faces walked up to their area and turned to the purple robot's cell. Behind them, Kasane watched as one of them snapped his fingers, causing the lasers of Uzi's cell to disappear. Then, the men walked into the cell as the second one went on one knee to tap at the cuff around Uzi's ankle. With that, the cuff opened, and Kasane was taken aback at the sight of it. But while they did all that, all Uzi did was scowl at them.

"See here," the second man said. "The Ringmaster wants to see ya for themself, so I suggest you conform if ya wanna live."

All Kasane could do was watch as the purple drone turned to look at her. Then, Uzi winked at her, leaving the silver-haired girl confused. Turning back to the men, Uzi said, "Bite me." 

Then all of a sudden, an odd tail-like creature with a reptilian head and six eyes emerged behind her. It bit at the second man's right ankle, making him scream in pain. As the cry alerted the other prisoners, the first man transformed his right arm into a gun and pointed it at the purple drone. But before he could shoot, Uzi looked up at him and stuck her left hand out at him. Then, a three-pronged symbol appeared over her left eye as another materialized in front of her left hand. As the same emblem appeared around the first man's waist, Uzi moved her left hand to the right, causing him to fly into the lasers of Kasane's cell, electrocuting him until he passed out.

Uzi turned back to the second man, who lifted his right ankle so he could attempt to remove the creature. But before he could grab it, she gave an evil chuckle and pointed her hand at him, lifting him to the ceiling. Then, she used her other hand to control the pipes attached to the ceiling, wrapping them around the man's body. Once she was done, Uzi let out a sigh of exhaustion as she admired her work, the second man whimpering and trembling above her.

"Hmph!" Uzi stepped out of her cell as she was watched by Kasane, who was frozen in shock.

"What..." Kasane stammered. "What was that?"

"Just what I'm capable of with the Solver's power. Just so you know, there are bad things that come with it," Uzi brought her tail's head to Kasane's face. "But also good things." She made the tail's head's mouth open and close, speaking in a funny British accent. "'Ello! Wanna kill some morons with me?"

"Uh..." Kasane slightly backed away at the sight of the six-eyed head creature.

In response, Uzi frowned and slumped her shoulders. Speaking in her normal voice, she groaned, "Fine, I'll stop." Then, she put her tail away.

"Thank you," Kasane sighed with relief. "Now, all we need to do is get ourselves and the other prisoners out of here."

"Right." There was a brief pause before Uzi said, "How about this: I will find the Ringmaster. They have a code for every cell here."
