Object of Affection [Mina X Male Reader]

"Haru I think we'll be heading out first, "Chaeyoung says while holding the drunk Sana and trying to steady her. "She's had too much to drink; I'll drop her off," Chaeyoung sighs, as he now has to take care of Sana's intoxicated state, which can be more annoying than usual. Haru nods in understanding, grateful that Chaeyoung is willing to take on the responsibility. "Just make sure she gets home safely," Haru says, concern evident in his voice. "Don't worry, I'll make sure she gets home safely," Chaeyoung reassures the rest of the group before guiding Sana towards the exit. Leaving the new lovers alone.

"Mina I can drop you off, "Haru states while getting ready to leave. Mina hesitates for a moment, torn between wanting to stay with Haru longer and not wanting to seem needy. Seeing how Mina is not getting up, Haru smiles warmly and gently takes her hand. "You don't want me to?" he softly asked. Mina blushes due to the skinship and finally lets out her thought, "Haru, can you stay over at my house tonight? I want to still spend more time with you." Haru's eyes widen, and Mina's sudden invitation takes him back. He had not expected her to be so forward, but he couldn't deny that he wanted to spend more time with her as well. After a moment of hesitation, he smiles and replies, "If that's what you want, I can't reject your offer."

At Mina's house, they are relaxing in the living room, enjoying each other's company. "Why didn't you just tell me you were the boy I met that summer?" Mina asks, her voice filled with curiosity. Haru chuckles softly and replies, "I wanted to but do you know yourself? You've always been distant and cold since I started working here and you don't build relationships with your employees outside of work, so I just focused on doing a good job and helping you as much as I could to see you and the company thrive." Haru responded.

Hearing Haru describe her as unaproachable Mina felt a little offended and defensive. She had always prided herself on being professional and maintaining boundaries in the workplace. "I'm not that cold" Mina pouts, crossing her arms. "I may keep a professional distance, but that doesn't mean I don't care about my employees. I believe in creating a respectful and productive work environment."

Mina's actions were so adorable that Haru couldn't help but smile. "Why are you smiling!?" Mina asked, slightly confused by Haru's reaction. "I'm smiling because my lover is so cute" Haru replied, causing Mina's cheeks to flush with a mix of surprise and delight. "Lover?" she repeated, her voice barely above a whisper. "Yes," Haru confirmed, taking Mina's hand. "We are officially together."

"I've missed you" Mina whispered, her voice filled with emotion. "I've missed you too," Haru replied, pulling Mina into a warm embrace. They cuddle up on the couch, cherishing the moment of being reunited after a long time apart.

Since the months Haru left, Mina always had him in her thoughts and missed the warmth and comfort he gave her. "I won't let you go this time," Mina whispered. "You better not" Haru whispered back as he kissed Mina on the forehead and held her even tighter.

They continued talking until they were tired and fell asleep on the couch. Morning came and the sun was shining bright. Mina woke up feeling Harus's heartbeat as he was still peacefully sleeping. Mina took the time to look at Harus' facial features finally. He has nice skin and rosy soft lips, as she kept looking she wanted to kiss him. As she leaned in closer, he woke up which surprised her causing up to stand up so quickly. "Good morning," Haru says clueless as he had no idea what had happened. "Want to eat breakfast?" Mina asked but Haru rejected her offers saying that he should head home to change and then go to work soon since he's not the CEO and can't go in late.

Haru and Mina both wash up and get ready to go on with their day, but hug one more time before parting ways. At work, Mina and Haru hide their relationship, act professionally, and focus on their tasks. They exchange occasional glances and smiles, but make sure to maintain a professional distance.
