Do you want to understand why world is 'Void Stage' and we need to attain 'Void State' to understand the reality behind humans existence.
Has 'Spiritual Awakening or Enlightenment' occurred to you? But if you're wondering what to do next till death...
I went back to the mountains to start the book. Again I was sitting in front of the book 'The Book of Ultimate Theosophy'. Last time I was almost at the blink of death. But a lot has changed since then. I have mastered multiple techniques now. I resumed reading from the point, from where I left after being unconscious. As I said before In the heart of every living being, there exists seven energy centers known as chakras. These mystical wheels of light and sound vibrate at specific frequencies, influencing our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. However, when one or more chakras become imbalanced, it can lead to various difficulties sleeping, physical, emotional, and psychological issues. Now I realized what happened then. I was inexperienced then in achieving samadhi state before and as my soul freed from the body but it fell into an abyss. Due to lack of experience, I was unable to come back into my body.
The chakra systems are of following types:
Muladhara Chakra
Swadishthana Chakra
Manipura Chakra
Anahata Chakra
Vishuddhi Chakra
Ajna Chakra
Sahasrara Chakra
The Three Fundamental Nadis:
Ida and Pingala play along the curved wall of the cord in which is Sushumna. They are semi material, positive and negative, sun and moon, and start into action the free and spiritual current of Sushumna. The Ida and Pingala represent the basic duality in existence. It is this duality which we traditionally personify as Shiva and Shakti. Or you can simply call it masculine and feminine, or it can be the logical and the intuitive aspect of you. It is based on this that life is created. Only when energies enter into Sushumna, life begins. They have distinct paths of their own, otherwise they would radiate all over the body.

Finally, after months of meditation I mastered all hymns voice modulation. Then I decided to proceed in opening my Muladhara or Root/Earth Chakra. It was said that this energy center held the key to our deepest desires and most primal instincts. I started chanting the mantra 'lam' prescribed in the book, focusing all my attention on the root chakra while meditating as well as while doing the pranayamas such as Mountain Pose, Side-Angle Pose, Warrior Pose, Standing Forward Bend, Bridge Pose etc. Slowly after weeks I could feel a subtle warmth begin to build from the ground and enter my body. It started as a gentle tingling sensation, like the first stirrings of a fire kindled within me. The heat grew stronger and more intense, spreading throughout my lower abdomen and down into my feet. My body began to vibrate with a powerful, earthy energy. Awakening of root chakra associated with life's bare necessities, like food and shelter. My heart remained grounded, filled with a sense of peace and connection to the earth beneath me. That moment, I knew that I was exactly where I needed to be. I successfully manifested root chakras.
