Book suggested various pranayamas like Anulom Vilom, a technique that cleanses the nadis, the energy channels within the body, Bhramari Pranayam, Kapalbhati Pranayam that truly challenged me. With its rapid and forceful exhalations, it ignited a purifying fire within. At first, my mind resisted, seeking comfort in shallow breaths. However, with practice, I learned to surrender to the intense energy that coursed through my being, purging negativity and awakening a newfound vitality.

Each day, I witnessed my body grow stronger, my mind more focused, and my heart more open. I felt connected to the universe, a part of a grand cosmic tapestry. The simplicity of breath had transformed me, unveiling the limitless power that resides within. Then I started an intense breathing technique by meditating underwater to help me increase my resility underwater as per prescribed methods in the book.

After awakening this chakra I started to notice and recognized all the small sounds even from far places. I noticed an unusual energetic vibration in my throat while chanting or humming.
