Chapter 72 - A painful 'I love you'

 That should clear things up. There is no way Snow hasn't been discussed at least once since he has been living with Neuvillette for quite a while.

 And I was right.

 His face brightened somewhat as soon as my words dropped.

 "So... What is the relationship between those two?" Wriothesley asked nervously.

 I had to do everything in my power not to burst out laughing.

 Was this guy assuming that there was something between those two?

 If Neuvillette and Snow heard it they would at the very least throw something at him with considerable force.

 All the while, of course, wearing the most disgusted expression you can possibly imagine.

 Yes, those two get along well. And yes, they have a really nice relationship.

 But should anyone bring up something romantic between the two ever again...

 Yeah... Their end wouldn't be all too nice.

 "They are practically siblings." I said eventually.

 I actually managed to find something that would suit Wriothesley and match with the clothes I gave Neuvillette.

 Speaking of Neuvillette, what is taking him so long to change?

 Well, whatever. More time for me to air out his dirty laundry.

 "Say, Wriothesley. Wanna hear about the cruelest friend-zoning incident I've seen in my life?"

 "It was Neuvillette's doing." I added.

 Like a puppy being given a treat.

 I was initially planning to just tease him about it and have him ask Neuvillette, the poor innocent Neuvillette who still thinks nothing of the incident, what had happened, but looking at him like this...

 I should probably just tell him myself.

 "It happened on Zhongli's- You know about the guy right? The ex I dislike."

 His expression soured in an instant.

 "Yeah... We've met." He mumbled.

 And then suddenly a small smirk surfaced on his lips.

 "Sigewinne called his looks average." He chuckled.

 I should send her some presents!
