That night the young witch hadn't dreamt of any pretty boys that night.
Slightly disappointed, Winona slowly threw herself out of the bed and walked towards her trunk at the end of her bed, stretching before letting out a loud yawn as she opened up the trunk. The young witch took out a dark blue, high-neck sweater, and a black pleated skirt that ended just above the knee. Winona also took out a pair of black tights to wear under her skirt as well as a pair of safety shorts.
After putting on her clothes, Winona grabbed her wand from her nightstand before walking back to her trunk. Waving her wand towards the trunk, she charmed the clothes to put themselves into her dresser.
While the clothes were putting themselves away she grabbed her, rather large, jewelry box before walking into her bathroom.
Winona could say a lot about her parents, but one thing she could never say was that they never spoiled her, and oh was she spoiled rotten with jewelry.
It was the only thing that the mother and daughter bonded over, whenever her mother got jewelry she always made sure to get another piece for her daughter.
Before putting her jewelry on, Winona brushed her teeth and washed her face, she then expertly slicked her curly hair back into a ponytail, making sure to lay her baby hair down.
After washing her hands free of hair product, Winona quickly dried off her hands before pulling out a small string of pearls and a slightly longer gold chain from her jewelry box and layering them on her neck.
After she was done adjusting her necklaces, she took out a pair of gold, dark sapphire stud earrings before placing them in her pierced ears, and closed her jewelry box. She would have put on rings but she hadn't any rings yet because her mother said she would grow out of them and jewelry was not something to grow out of.
Walking out of her bathroom with her sizable jewelry box, she headed over to her trunk to take out a small key before walking to her desk, placing the big box on top of the dark stained wood before using the key, locking it, and wandlessly casting an anti-unlocking charm on the lock. Winona took her jewelry very seriously.
She then walked over to her shoe trunk and flung it open, taking out a pair of dark blue, one-inch Mary Janes that matched her sweater.
Winona then promptly picked her wand up before casting a charm on the rest of her shoes so they could put themselves away in the cabinet next to her dresser.
Before leaving, the young witch walked back over to her desk and picked up the letter to her parents, before walking over to the couch to get the bag that she had flung onto it the night before.
She sighed as she walked over to her door, mentally preparing herself for the day as she put on her shoes before opening the door and walking out of her dorm.

As Winona walked out of the Slytherin common room she observed all of the students buzzing around, some trying to get to their destination, while others were leisurely walking and talking while laughing with their friends.
Winona tried to remember her way towards the Great Hall as she dipped and dodged other students before she suddenly stumbled back as a body knocked into her.
"I'm so sorry." A boy about her age apologized to her with a Scottish accent before looking at her, the young witch was unsurprised when his eyes widened at the sight of her.
The young witch rolled her eyes at his reaction.
"It's okay," Winona assured the young wizard, her face blank as she steadied herself, beginning to walk away but was stopped by a hand landing on her shoulder.
