As the morning sunshine comes upon the cartoon surface. We go to a specific purple cat scratching post house and see two critters sleeping in each other's arms, comforting each other as they explore their new bound feelings to each other.

Softness...That's all I could feel around my body. It feels really nice. I could feel myself waking up as my eyes slowly opened. I realized why I was in a comfortable position. I was cuddling with my best friend Dogday. Or should I say my boyfriend. Last night was a night I will remember for as long I can live.

"Dogday...you're the sunshine of my life. I'm glad I could be with you," I thought. I couldn't be happier that I could. I moved my body a little to keep him from waking up but I failed. His eyes open as I look at him. "Oh, morning kitty," Dogday said. I smiled at him, "Morning puppy, you slept well?" I asked. He nodded his head, "Yep, because I had the most comfy pillow to sleep on," Dogday flirted. "You flatter me," I said. I got out of the bed and headed to the kitchen with Dogday following me. "So what do you feel like having for breakfast?" I asked Dogday.

"Whatever you'll make. I'll love whatever you'll cook," Dogday said. I went through the cabinets to see what I could make until I saw a certain box. "How about Oatmeal?" I asked Dogday. I looked at him and he nodded, "Sure, I don't mind," Dogday asked.

I went straight to work and made our breakfast. It was an eventful morning with no overwork or worries. I feel calmer than ever before.

(Ten minutes later)

I finished with both of our Oatmeal and put them on my table. "Wow, this looks amazing," Dogday said. I could see his tail wagging back and forth feeling all excited. "Thanks puppy," I said. I sat down next to him. We both ate our breakfast as calmly as possible just to be with each other more often. As eight minutes passed, me and Dogday had finished our breakfast.

"You can go sit down. I'll do the dishes," Dogday insisted. He took my plate and his and went off to the kitchen. He was so caring that he wanted me to rest after making our breakfast. I went on the couch and layed down, patiently waiting for Dogday to come and cuddle with me. It was my first time feeling this new dating thing so I was a bit worried of what will happen in the future. It gets too overwhelming of what will possibly happen in the near future.

Dogday came back from the kitchen and came, laying down on the couch, on top of me, hugging me. I hug him back feeling loved and comfortable. "Hey Dogday," I said. Dogday looks up, facing me, "Hmm...," he gestures. "I just want to tell you that this is our first time dating and I'll maybe feel a bit overwhelmed with this. I feel like I might cling too much on you and you'll get annoyed," I opened up.

Dogday looks at me with a smile on his face. "I don't mind that Catnap. You're the most amazing critter I've ever met. I wouldn't change it for the world. Who cares if this is our first time dating. You're my first and final lover. I don't need anyone else but you," he said. I could feel myself tearing from Dogday's little speech. "Heh, I'm glad you feel that way. And I also feel the same. I wouldn't change it for the world. Nobody is amazing as you are," I said.

"But if it makes you feel better, we could talk to someone that can help you," Dogday said.

"Really. Who?" I asked. Dogday got up from the couch and held his paw out to me. "Someone who is an expert of love," Dogday said. I grabbed his paw and I knew who he was talking about. "Are you talking about Bobby?" I asked. "Yep. She was one one of the critters who helped me to confess to you but you beat me to it," Dogday said. "Well I'm sorry about that. So let me make it up to you," I said. "How...".

I interrupted Dogday by giving him a kiss on the lips. We made out for about two minutes until we pulled apart. I could see Dogday's face really red from that reaction. "Heh, you know you gotta get used to this Dogday. We're both a couple and we're going to do a lot of that from time to time," I chuckled. "I know that but I feel so embarrassed by it. Not in the wrong way of course," Dogday said.
