Chapter 9: First Time

I grabbed his paws and intertwined them with mine. "You're so adorable Dogday, how did I ever get lucky with you?" I said. Dogday's face got more red than before. "I should ask you the same thing Catnap. How did I get so lucky to ever meet you, to hang out with you and love you at the same time?" Dogday asked. I blushed even more as Dogday finished his sentence.

Dogday then got closer to my face and kissed me. I was surprised by what Dogday had done but I kissed him back. We pulled apart to catch our breath after such a breathtaking action. "Who knew you had it in you?" I asked. "As you said Catnap, we're going to do this alot more often. Plus I want to get used to it," Dogday answered. "C'mon, let's go see Bobby," I said. We both headed to the front door and left my home. I locked the door and got off the front porch, walking down the lane to Bobby's home.

"Hey Catnap," Dogday called out. I looked behind him as he reached his paw out to me. "Can we walk together holding paws?" He asked. I looked at him confused as to why he would ask that. "Of course, you don't have to ask me, you know," I answered. I grabbed his paw and walked together to Bobby's house.

We arrived and I was the one who knocked on her door. The door opened, revealing a very tired female red bear who looked like they just got out of bed. "Kickin I swear if it's you, I'll personally call Piggy to feed you scrambled eggs," Bobby said as she rubbed her eyes.

I look at Dogday with a scared but concerned face. He looked at me as well but shrugged. "Were not Kickin, Bobby. It's me and Catnap," Dogday reassured. "Huh...," Bobby said. She opened her eyes more and looked at the both of us and then looked down at our paws as they were holding each other.

"Oh...OHHHH YOU GUYS ARE...". I covered her mouth to keep her from screaming out loud. "CAN YOU PLEASE...not yell that loudly," I yelled but then calmed myself. She nodded and I uncovered her mouth. "I'm sorry Bobby. I shouldn't have done that," I apologized. "Oh, no worries Catnap, it was my fault for yelling. Anyways, what do you guys need?" Bobby asked.

"We're in need of dating advice. Can you help us?" Dogday asked. Bobby steps aside from her door, "Come on in and I'll help you guys," Bobby agreed. We stepped inside of Bobby's house and waited as she closed her door. "Follow me to the table and then we can talk," Bobby said.

We followed Bobby to her table and sat down beside each other and Bobby sat down at the end of the table. "Okay so first, are both planning on moving in together?" Bobby asked. It felt like a big question to ask but I knew one of us had to answer. "Well I was thinking that one of us would move out of our home or build a home together," Dogday answered.

I start to imagine what our home would look like and I can see it clearly. Walls painted purple and orange with a mix of sun and moon paintings. A bed with both of our collar pendants on our bed sheets. It gives me joy that it will happen soon.

"I plan to build a new home for the both of us," I said. Both Bobby and Dogday look at me. "Really?" Bobby asked. "Yeah, I can imagine what our home looks like. I can already see a future with the both of us," I said. I closed my eyes as I said that. "Aww, that's really adorable Catnap," Bobby said. I felt something on top of mine. It was Dogday's paw, "I can see it as well," Dogday said.

"C'mon guys, you're going to melt me to death for too much love being shown in front me," Bobby exaggerated. "You're being dramatic Bobby," I said politely. "I know, but I really love things like this. I'm happy for you both," Bobby said. I look at her, smiling and feeling appreciated. "Thank you Bobby. Now, what's next on dating advice?" I asked.

"Well next is complimenting each other which I know you both are good at but need to take it a step further. Then there is inviting one another to dates...". "We went on one yesterday," I told Bobby.

"Really?" She said as she raised her eyebrow. "Yeah, the same day or night we confessed to each other," I said. "Okay so that's off the list. Next is cuddling, hugging, giving kisses to each other and I think you should be good," Bobby confirmed. "Well the first two we already did that but Dogday here is a bit embarrassed kissing. He gets red too easily to the point I'm afraid he will faint," I joked. "Hey, that's mean Catnap," Dogday exclaimed.

Bobby was laughing internally and I looked at Dogday with a mischievous look. "Is that so? Then kiss me in front of Bobby," I dared him. He immediately went red and looked at Bobby then looked at me back.

He grabs my head and pulls me into a kiss. We both made out while Bobby is smiling with so much joy in her heart. We then pulled apart while Dogday is still really red. "There, happy now?" Dogday said. "Yep because you fell for it," I said. "I can't hate you for that," Dogday admitted. "I believe we've done everything on the list, did we Bobby?" I asked.

"Yep, and that kiss was the icing on the cake for me. Thanks for coming by. You both really made my morning," Bobby said. We got up and headed to the front door as Bobby followed behind us. I then remembered something that I had to tell Bobby. "Hey Dogday, can you wait for me outside?" I asked. He looks at me, "Okay, I'll wait for you," Dogday said.

I looked at Bobby with a worried face and Bobby knew something was wrong. "Is something wrong Catnap?" Bobby asked. "Yes there is and it relates to Bubba. He needs both of our help," I pleaded.

The book is coming to an end and I'll make another book relating to the second ship; Bubba Bubbaphant x KickinChicken. I hope all of you are excited for it as much as I am.
