"This is the heart and soul of our aviary-- our treatment room,"introduced the doctor as birds flock around him

"They really like you. Oh!"chuckled Linda as more birds flock around him,"A lot."

"Yes. I'm their great, big mama bird,"replied the doctor as chewed bird seeds.A small bird took the initiative of having a free meal straight from the mouth.

"Ew,"said Blu in disgust
"Augh,"chimed Dew

"Wow,"said Linda

"Want some?"offered tulio

"Ah! Oh, I'm, good."

"Many of the birds here were rescued from smugglers,"the doctor stated as he gave a tour around the treatment room

"Smugglers?"questioned Linda

"Yes. And, unfortunately, the poor birds are often hurt or even killed in the process. But with proper care, they can be saved. Look here. This poor guy was found last night,"after passing through several recovering birds,the doctor stopped to look at an old shriveled cockatoo.

"Hey, buddy. You're looking great today. Much better. Much better,"comforted the man making the cockatoo croak

" Get well soon," encouraged Blu looking out the cage , however the cockatoo growled in response.

" Oh,"

"So, where's Jewel?"questioned Linda

" Oh, we have a special place for Jewel. She's a very spirited bird,"replied the doctor

" I'll say,"groaned a man covered in bruises and fresh wounds

" She did that? Oh, charming. Okay, I want to go home now,"Blu sqwacked

"Oh great,a savage wild macaw is gonna be family,"said Dew sarcastically

" No, no, don't worry. I'm going to make you look irresistible,"said the doctor

A very distressed macaw is thrusted in the special enclosure with a very distinctive floofed afro head.

" Help! Help! Let me out of here!"he flailed and soon gasped when he saw his reflection on the metal wall.Fixing his feathers he started screaming,"Linda!"

"Maybe I should..."suggested Linda while looking at the camera footage with a female spix perched on her shoulder.

"No, no. Give it a chance,"Tulio stopped the woman

The male gulped in fear as he started inspecting the enclosure,"Hello? Whoa! Hello? "he gasped,walking and tripping around the artificially created environment,"Uh... I come in peace,"

He gasped as he set eyes on Jewel for the first time,"She's beautiful,"said the mesmerized spix whilst she flies towards him," What were they talking about? She's... she's like an angel. An angel who's getting really close... Aah!"suddenly Jewel crashes into him.

After she had pinned him down by the neck in the bird sanctuary she started questioning," Quem é você? Quê que você está fazendo aqui?"

To which the male gagged

Blu tried to speak while Jewel stood on top of him with one clawed foot holding his throat,"Quê?,"she questioned

"You're standing on my throat,"he choked making her finally get off of him.

"Oh, you're an American,"said Jewel

The male cleared his throat and spoke,"Thanks. I need my throat for talking, so thank you."

"You look like me,"said the female as she inspected the newcomer

"Oh. Uh, hi," he cleared his throat again thinking of what to say,"Hi. My name is Blu. You know, like the cheese. With the mold on it. You know, that smells really bad,"said the bird to himself as he realized what he had just stated,"That's stupid. Stupid, stupid, stupid,"he then started to punch his beak with his folded claws

Dew snickered looking at the footage , close to falling off Linda's shoulder.

"All right, come on. We don't have much time,"said Jewel as she soon starts dragging him by the wing

Blu chuckled nervously," Whoa! Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait,"

He groaned as he hit a branch on the way,the female flying away to the top of a tree.Slowly and steadily he started to clim the tree with the help of stairs.

When he reached the top,the female spix appeared to question,"Are you ready?"

"For what?"he questioned as he suddenly came to a misunderstood realisation of the presented situation," Oh, oh, wow. Uh, okay."

" Confidence,"said the male inhaling deeply,"Crazy love hawk."

"All right,"said the female turning around the face the male only to be met with him trying to kiss her

"Whoa. Hey.What are you doing?"she pushed him away

"What? What... what you wanted me to. But, just for argument's sake, uh, what are... what are you doing?"questioned Blu

"I'm trying to escape,"stated the female as she pointed to the air conditioning vent

"Oh. Uh, yeah, escape. That-that's where I was going with that thing I just did."

" Wait. W-w-w-wait. Did you actually think we were going to kiss?"accused Jewel

"No. No-no-no-no. It's not what you think,"he denied

"We just met!"she sqwacked in anger

"Oh, my!"said Linda surprised

"This is getting interesting,"Dew shuffled on Linda's shoulder

" I think they need a little help,"suggested Tulio

"I mean, I know how my feathers look, but I'm not that kind of bird,"defended Blu against the accusations

Just then a disco ball comes down and the lights are dimmed setting the 'mood'

"Okay, I had nothing to do with that. But, huh, you have to admit it's actually a pretty good song,"Jewel gives him a look as he starts singing to the music,"Naturally~Yeah, sing it, Lionel,"

He screamed and yelped as Jewel suddenly pounced onto him.

Linda and Dew watched the monitor while Blu and Jewel struggle,"Wow. That was fast."

Dew stared at the woman then back to the screen for she didn't know what to make out of the scene before her.

"Lionel Richie, works every time. We should probably give them privacy,"said the doctor getting off the chair

"I'm not sure I should leave Blu here alone,"said Linda while walking outside the room

"Oh, no, no, no. Don't worry. Sylvio will keep an eye on them all night. Besides, he's got Jewel,"

A man in uniform stands guard as he throws a pen towards the wall at an unsuspecting fly, getting a bullseye,the wings slither down the wall.The female spix perched on the shoulder gulped looking at the sight.

Back in the enclosure a very disturbed male spix runs around from an aerial assault from the female.

He faced the security camera as he screamed,"Help me!"
