Chapter 15: The Reveal

"Um guys..." Dominic's voice sounded panic. They all looked at him and suddenly realized why.

A group of zombies all turned their heads at them.

The voices quickly filled Jeremy's head.

"Food," they chanted.

Dominic froze on the spot. He couldn't move his feet as he stared at the creatures in front of him. This was the first time he was actually in front of them.

And he suddenly couldn't feel his feet.

"Dom let's go!" Ella yelled, trying to move her friend. But Dominic wouldn't move. He just stared at the living dead.

Then it happened so fast. There was screaming and yelling and Dominic realized that it was Ella.

He finally moved, turning around.

He hear the gun shots, the screams to move, but his brain couldn't process it.

Ella fought the zombie on top of her all she could. But it felt like forever. She was yelling for help but Jeremy was on his knees again, with a pained looked on his face.

Alyssa was also wrestling a zombie. And Dominic was useless.

"Dominic!" She yelled just as a zombie came up behind him. He stared at it widen eyes. This wasn't real, he thought.

This couldn't be real.

"Dominic!" She yelled again.

She couldn't get to him, to help him as the zombie grabbed him by the neck.

Then she let out a scary that was probably heard for miles.

Just as the zombie suck his teeth into Dominic's neck.

Everything seemed to slow down. Alyssa dropped her ax in shocked and Ella kicked the zombie in frustration. She shot it and ran to her friend, shooting the creature in the head, watching it fall.

Ella felt sick as she saw the blood drip from Dominic's neck. It was already too late, half his neck was gone. He was gone.

Dominic was dead.

She left someone grab her hand, pulling away from the scene from Dominic.

She couldn't even breath, she couldn't see. She couldn't feel anything.

Jeremy guided her and Alyssa through the mob, outside. They ran for god knows how long before they lost them.

"He's gone," Alyssa said, dropping to her knees. The man she loved, that she really loved was gone.

Ella walked over to her, and fell to her knees as well.

Then she wrapped her arms around her neck and hugged her best friend. Together they cried.

Jeremy watched them cry. He then walked over to the weapons. He smirked.

"I'd hate to break up this beautiful moment," he said, getting the girls attention, "but," he picked up a gun, checking for ammo. It was full.

"Jeremy what are you doing?" Ella asked, confused and scared.

Then Jeremy pointed the gun to his cousin.

"Sorry cuz," he said, coldly, then he pulled the trigger, shooting Alyssa right in the head.

Ella let out a scream before standing up.

"You see," Jeremy said, moving the gun to Ella. She froze. "I'm working for Storm and now that that Emo died, thank god, by the way, I can give rid of everyone else."

No... A tear fell from Ella's eyes. "Jeremy-"

"I'm going to rule the world. I don't need you anymore, Ella. Sorry, " he said, not really sounding sorry. Then he pulled the trigger.
