The Queen is dead! Long live the King!
Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II has passed. Rocking the foundation of the British royal family and bringing to an end the second Elizabethan age and the start of the third Carolean age.
Book Four in the Princess...
The very fact that they had staged a car chase to try and replicate what had happened to Diana was unforgivable; William and Adeline wanting nothing to do with their brother.
There would be no forgiveness from them, they weren't interested in whatever Harry had to say anymore and they had made that very clear to their father.
Charles had accepted their stance, knowing that Harry had dug himself into a hole that he would now have to get himself out of; his actions had caused hurt and he had thrown everyone else under a bus to save themselves.
The only person that seemed to be on the Sussexes side in all of this was Eugenie and none of them could understand why.

Upon her marriage, Rajwa Al Saif was bestowed the style and title of "Her Royal Highness Princess Rajwa Al Hussein".
The bride and groom then rode in a procession through the streets before reaching Al Husseiniya Palace, where a state banquet was held with 1,700 guests.
On her wedding day, Al Saif wore a dress with an asymmetrical neckline and a detachable train by Elie Saab. She also wore diamond earrings and a tiara that secured her elaborate veil.
The bride was escorted to the place of the marriage on the arm of her brother-in-law, Prince Hashem bin Abdullah.
For the state banquet, Al Saif wore the same tiara and earrings with a bespoke Dolce & Gabbana white cap-sleeve ballgown and opera gloves.
Catherine had opted to rewear a sparkle pink by Jenny Packham paired with the Lovers knot tiara which was a personal favourite of hers that she had worn on several other occasions.
While Adeline had opted for a glittery blue gown, she had paired it with silver accessary but that wasn't the thing that would catch people's eyes as much as the tiara that she had been loaned.
The aquamarine knotted tiara had been bought into the royal vault like many others by Queen Mary, it had been used sparsely in the past and hadn't been seen since 1967 when the Countess of Snowden had worn it for a banquet.
Charles had been thrilled to loan out the tiara, especially to his only daughter; he knew that people were watching closely and that they were just waiting for him to mess up.
Despite the good will that he had inherited upon his mother's passing, he knew that things would not stay that way when Harry was determined to bring them all down.
They were already working on their next attack against the family with their favourite mouthpiece preparing to release another book, no doubt it would be no better than the other attacks that they had sent their way.
Harry was in the process of a High Court challenge against the government over his security when in the UK, which Harry was contesting a decision to downgrade his security status when he stopped being a working royal.
He argued he had been treated unfairly in the changes to his police protection, when he still faced significant security threats.
That certainly didn't help especially with questions being raised about his visa to live in the USA, since he had admitted to using drugs and that should have prevented him from moving to California.
"Thank you," William said standing next to Simon, watching their wives across the room with a fond smile upon his face; he knew how lucky he was and he couldn't believe that he had been so lucky in all of this.
Being away from home for a couple of days had been refreshing, things had felt tense and there hadn't been a moment to take a break in awhile especially with the coronation and everything else that had been going on.
Simon raised an eyebrow at William, not sure what he was being thanked for; he hadn't done anything special, he had been himself and he didn't think that changed anything.
"Thank you for loving her. Thank you for always supporting her. I know the last couple of years haven't been easy," William said turning to look at his brother-in-law and knew that Adeline had always been in safe hands with Simon.
William knew that Adeline hadn't had the best time when it came to dating, he would never forget the car accident that had been caused by that one boyfriend.
William didn't wish to think how that could have ended, Adeline had been lucky to get away with just a broken arm; he hoped that he never came across that boyfriend again.
"She could have married someone who only wanted the fame and the fortune, someone that didn't understand this life. Thank you for being someone that she could rely on," William continued resting a hand on Simon's arm, he didn't know where they would be if they had ended up with another Meghan in the family.
It was weddings like this, where he could see that the bride and groom truly cared for one another that he realised just how wrong Harry and Meghan's relationship had been from the beginning.
The whispers that had reached William's ears about what Meghan said to Harry about how their mother spoke to her and encouraged them to do what they had done.
It made William sick and all the more grateful that he and Adeline had chosen better partners than their desperate brother.
