Lost In Ice (Various x Fem. Reader)

It was consuming her.

Days and nights locked in Bubblegum's lab fiddling with magical weapon.

Days not eating, nights not sleeping.

Days being completely and utterly silent while late at night she would scream behind a barricaded candy door

Finn and Jake tried and tried to get to her, but they couldn't even break through with Campi blocking the door.

"come on Campster! It's been way too long! " shouted Finn with a hand gripping the Hilt of his sword.

Jake had grown in size, his teeth bared, "Yeah! Even you gotta be worried."

"She's your friend too, Campi!"

The heroes only got silence in return but if they looked closer, Finn and Jake would've caught a glimpse of the hurt that lingered behind Campi's clouded eyes.

There was no telling what the girl was doing, but the longer she was in there with the speer, the more greys grew upon her head. Even streaks of grey began to form on her eyebrows.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!" Y/N threw a chair towards the testing tube, but the spear used a wave of power to throw it back to her.

She ducked, "I don't even know how to control you, how am I supposed to be your, 'champion'", Y/N hissed sprawling out on the floor and grabbing a book beside her, angry turn the pages.

Even the sound of the paper turning was irritable.

Y/N threw the book in hand, lightening following after, burning the book into ash. Y/n deadpanned before sliding the the ground, face straight the floor, "this is to much responsibility for this great power, " she muffled before rolling into a fetal position, " I don't want iiiit."

"If You Stop Fighting, Then Maybe You Will Understand Us Better, Warrior."

There was a pause to Y/n's cries before she shot up and went straight to the window.

"And What Has You Up And About--?"

"I'm fighting." Y/n used a "small" zap to break through the window and dove down and out. The rushing wind passing through her ears almost shut out the chatter of the spear.

Nothing. Y/n continued to fall.

Next, she jumped from rooftops, to trees, to eventually falling in a mud whole.

"I hate it here."

"Then Why Did You Travel Out To The Forest, Idiot?"

Y/n yelled at the sound of the voice that had been quiet for the journey, lightening flying and hitting the flauna around her. Y/n scratched her head in anger, " Why are you still here! I even left the spear--"

Y/n ceased her words, feeling the warmth of the weapon that rested on her back, "I hate everything."
