When I woke up, someone was shouting in my ears, so I opened my eyes halfway and saw Anna, the maid who has been looking after me since my mom started working. She is like a second mom to me.
"Anna, it's Sunday," I mumbled, pulling the blanket closer. "It's already 12, Aeri," she said, tugging the blanket.
"Can I have a few more minutes?" I asked before turning around. "You need to wake up before your mom calls to check on you," she replied. I groaned and sat up in bed, rubbing my eyes.
"For the sake of my job," Anna said, pulling off the blanket and folding it neatly. "What's for breakfast?" I inquired.
"Breakfast at this hour? It's already lunchtime, according to your diet plan, it's a fresh vegetable salad today," she informed me before leaving the room.
I called after her, "Anna, wait," and wrapped my arms around her with a pleading smile.
"I'm going clubbing with Jennie today," I said, and she rolled her eyes before agreeing reluctantly. As she left the room, I headed for the shower.
Sitting at the dining table, I was enjoying a vegetable salad as Anna continued to caution me about not drinking too much.
She knows me better than anyone, even more than my own mother. Unlike my mom, Anna is not harsh; she loves and understands me, keeping all my secrets safe.
I trust her completely, having confided in her about going clubbing many times. Anna also knows about any guys I like, making her like a second mother to me. I truly love and appreciate her.
"I promise not to drink," I informed.
"Please, and if you do drink, do so in moderation," she cautioned.
"But I really feel like having a drink today," I pouted.
"Alright, you can have one. I'll make sure you're okay," she assured with a wink as I smiled.
After finishing my salad, I planted a kiss on Anna's cheek and headed upstairs.

I dressed in a black short dress that revealed a hint of cleavage and applied a final touch of makeup before twirling in front of the mirror.
As I heard the car horn honking persistently, I sighed and made my way downstairs, where Anna was tidying the table.
“You look stunning,” Anna complimented me with a smile.
“I know, right?” I responded confidently.
Anna advised me to turn off my phone in case Mom called.
“Just tell her I’m studying,” I instructed, as Anna gave me a thumbs up.
I left my house and spotted Jennie wearing a short red dress. I walked past her and playfully smacked her ass.
"Are you all set?" she queried.
"Absolutely," I responded, getting into the car while Jennie followed suit.
"Did you watch Netflix yesterday?" she joked.
"No, my mom just scolded me," I answered, rolling my eyes.
"Hey, I think we'll find some attractive guys at the club today," she remarked.
"Why's that?" I questioned.
"It's Sunday, so many guys will probably be there, at least that's what I think," she explained as I nodded, opening my purse.
"Did you bring the student ID card?" she asked, and I showed it to her.
We parked the car near the club, and as we entered, it was already crowded.
As we made our way inside, the strong aroma of alcohol wafted into my nose, and the booming music filled my ears.
Jennie grabbed my hand and led me to the bar, where we sat down and started downing shots.
I could feel my throat burning as I drank shots.
"Let's go up to the vip sections", Jennie said
"Oh im already-
"Such a bad drinker you are", said as she helped me upstairs.
I ran hand through my hairs upon reaching the vip section upstairs i glanced at Jennie as she did the same.
This time I dragged Jennie towards the bar.
"Are we drinking again?", she asked with her eyebrows furrowed
"I thought that was it ?", she asked as I sat on the chair and gulped the whole glass
"I think we should dance?", she said looking at the crowd dancing. It was less crowded up here of course it's a vip section.
"First DRINK!", I passed her the glass
"What's up with you? You never drink this much", she asked sipping on her drink
"I just feel like drinking today that's it.
I said I realised that I've almost drank at least ten to twenty glasses. Everything started spinning around me the same goes with Jennie.
"Hey Jen, why does everything feel like it's spinning?" I joked, prompting Jennie to playfully smack me.
"No, it's just us spinning," she replied with a laugh.
"Let's dance!" I exclaimed, pulling Jennie onto the dance floor.
As the music filled the room, I let loose, swaying to the beat without a care in the world. Grabbing Jennie's shoulders, I slid down and twerked, earning cheers from her.
"Wow, Aeri, that's hot!" Jennie shouted, joining in with her own twerking.
Feeling someone's gaze on me, I turned to see a man watching me intently from a table. Intrigued, I made my way over, but before I could reach him, someone else grabbed my hand.
I glanced at the man who had grabbed my hand. "Don't touch me, jerk!" I yelled.
The man dressed in black asked me, "Where do you think you're going, ma'am?"
But the man sitting regally intervened, "Leave her," causing the man to release my hand.
"Why did you grip my hand so tightly?" I whispered, rubbing it and crying dramatically.
"You can go," the king-like man told the man in black, who nodded and exited.
I tripped and fell next to the man who was seated.
"Ajjushi," I called out to him as he glanced at me.
"I'm not 'ajjushi'," he corrected.
"No matter what, it's inappropriate to stare at women like that," I told him.
"I'll do as I please," he responded, taking a sip from his glass.
"It's still wrong ajjushi", I said
"If you call me 'ajjushi' one more time," he warned sharply.
"You know, you don't seem like an 'ajjushi'," I remarked, noticing the tattoos on his hand.
"It's so hot," I said, fanning myself.
"What's your name?" he asked in his deep, husky voice.
"A-aeri," I replied, smiling foolishly.
"Aaeri?" he echoed as I nodded eagerly.
"I'm Jeon Jungkook," he introduced himself.
"And your name?" I inquired.
"I'm JEON JUNGKOOK," he repeated as I nodded, resting my head on the couch.
