"The Verdict"

Seri is with Jeong Hyeok at the lobby of Seoul supreme Court. This is the day when the judge give the final verdict on the case that Seri filed against Jin. After the incident happened in Sister Jane's funeral, Seri thought that Mi Kyung will back out as their witness on the case but she's wrong. Days after, Mi kyung approach her and make apology on what she said that day and she's still willing to testify against Jin.

And also, Inspector Min found a strong evidence that Sister Jane's death is not an accident. The hired truck driver testify against Jin. His conscience haunts him every night so he decide to do what is right.

When Jin enter the room he immediately look to Seri then he smirked. Seri look away while Jeong Hyeok hold her hand to make her feels that she's safe and he's with her. Seri look at to Jeong Hyeok then she let out a small smile.

"Any final word, Mr. Ryu." The prosecutor said. Jin look to Seri then he smile. "I'm glad to see you here, Yoon Seri." He said while looking at her eyes.

Seri feel anxious. While Jin let out a wide smile.

All of them are looking at her.

"That's all, Your Honor." Jin said.

The decision has been made. Jin founds guilty and sentence life imprisonment. Jin walk at the center with two police officers in his side. He stop where Seri is standing. Seri hold Jeong Hyeok's hand and try to hide her fear while Jeong Hyeok cover her with his body and hide her on his behind. Jin smile while looking at her.

"Yoon Seri... Just wait on me and I will come and get you." He said then he smirked. The police push him as he continue on his walk and went outside the court room.

Seri sit as she feels her body is trembling. "Don't listen to him. He can't harass you now, he will live his life in jail." Jeong Hyeok said. Seri look at him. "I know but I feel worry on his words, Babe." She said. Jeong Hyeok hold her hands.

Weeks later

Seri and Jeong Hyeok went to Jeju Island for the venue of their wedding. The two want to have a beach wedding.

"I know this place, Babe..." Seri said as she look around. "This place is where our university went on swimming during our college days." She said. Jeong Hyeok smile as he nodded. Seri look at him. "Now I know why you choose this place than to the famous one. Because we had a memories here, Am I right?" She said. Jeong Hyeok continue on his walk and Seri follow him. "You have a point but it's not the exact reason." He said.

Seri tilt her head and look at him with puzzlement. "And what is it?" She asked. Jeong Hyeok look at her. "Because, in this place I saw you wearing your bikini for the first time." He said. Seri got surprised she didn't expect his answer. "Yah!" She said and let out a peal of laughter.

Jeong Hyeok run while Seri keep chasing him. He catch her on her waist and pull her closer to him. "Finally, we we're getting married. No one can separate you from me. I love you, Babe..." He said while touching her face. Seri smile. "You got me pregnant so I guess I don't have a choice just to marry you." She said jokely and she let out a peal of laughter. "Really?" He said. Jeong Hyeok started to kiss her and Seri avoid it. "Yah! They are looking at us." She said. "I don't care..." He said.

Seri suddenly hug him tightly and close her eyes. "I love you... Ri Jeong Hyeok shhi..." She whispered. Jeong Hyeok smile and close his eyes to feel her warm embrace.

Mi Kyeong is waiting on the visiting room. She recalled how Jeong Hyeok and Seri help her and her mother to start a new life. She's seated on her wheelchair and still couldn't move her legs.

"What are you doing here?" Jin said. Mi Kyeong look at her brother. "Wae? You really want to see if I really here inside the jail?" He asked. "Oppa... Did you need to go this far?" She asked.

"Don't look at me like you really care, Mi Kyeong!" Jin said. "I care about you but you won't see it because you are blindly by your own selfishness and greed." She said. "Stop lecturing me, If I we're you... Just take this opportunity to escape from me. Because the next time that you ruin my plan again. I will have no mercy on you, understand?" He said.

Mi Kyeong tears slowly escaping from her eyes. "I thought you will realize your wrongdoing. Maybe it's time for me to realize that you will never change." She said.

Jin stood up and ignore her words. He gave her a death glared before he left her.

Days after

Seri is busy on her meeting with her team. There's a new joint project so both Jeong Hyeok and Seri are busy on their respective jobs. But she make sure that she's eating on time, taking her prenatal vitamins and have rest when she has an opportunity.

"Let's take a break. We resume after an hour." She said. All of them stood up and went outside the conference room aside from Eireen and Ji Woo. "Let's eat... There's a newly open italian restaurant near here." Eireen suggested. "Join us with Ms. Yoon." She said. "I told you to call me by name." Seri said. "Arasso, Seri..." She said.  And they laugh together.

They left in the office with laughters and having chitchat while walking at the hallway throught the elevator. Gwa Beom keeps following her but in secret. Seri didn't want to have a bodyguard because she didn't use to it so Jeong Hyeok ask Gwa Beom to follow her in secret to make sure she's safe.

Meanwhile Dan, is on the car outside the company waiting for someone. Her friend arrive and went inside of her car.

"Dan, you can wait on the lobby. why you want to meet here in the car?" Her friend asked.

"I don't like to lure around on that company." Dan said. She smirked when she see Seri with her friends went outside the building.

"There's something I want you to do." She said. "What is it?" Her friend asked. Dan take the paper bag on the back seat and gave it to her. "What's this?" She asked.

"Just make sure to put it on Seri's office. That's it!" She said. Her friend got curious and she was about to open it but Dan stop her.

"Yah! It's only a peace offering to her." She said. "Arasso..." Her friend said. "By the way, I have to go we have a meeting today. " She said. Dan smile and nodded.

When her friend left, Dan smile. "Let's see Seri if you can smile and laugh after losing your baby." She said.
