"Argument"

Jeong Hyeok and Seri are eating together at Jeong Hyeok's place. Seri notice his silence and it seems he is distracted by something. "Babe..." She called but Jeong Hyeok is spacing out and still looking at his plate.

"Ri Jeong Hyeok shhi... Are you okay?" She said. Jeong Hyeok look at her. "I'm sorry... I was... Just thinking something." He said. Seri look at him with puzzlement. "Why? Is there something bothering you?" She asked.

Jeong Hyeok hesitate first and he didn't speak for a second. "Babe, you can tell me anything. I will listen." Seri said.

"Seo Dan..." He said. Seri look at him. "What about her? Is the police found her? What happened?" She asked. "No... I mean, her mother went to the office earlier and talk to me." He said. Seri rolled her eyes and put down her utensils as she rest her back on the chair. "So what did she tell you? To withdraw the case? Am I correct?" She said. Jeong Hyeok nodded. Seri let out a deep sigh. "Then?" She said.

"She told me Dan is sick, she has cancer and... I saw her proof." Jeong Hyeok said. Seri frowned as she look at him. "Then, do you believe her?" She said. Jeong Hyeok didn't speak.

"Seriously?" She said and she started to get annoyed. "Dan is good at lying." She said. "Tell me, are you change your mind? Babe, she try to harm me and our baby." She said and stood up. Jeong Hyeok hold her wrist. "Babe... My decision is final. It will never change." He said. Seri look at him. "Really? Then why do I have a feeling that your changing your mind?" She said. Jeong Hyeok stood up and hold her. "Seri..." He said. Seri release herself from his hold. "Call me heartless, I don't care. Dan reach my limit. I don't care if she tried to harm me but to my baby, I swear I will never forgive her." She said. Seri look at him with tears filled her eyes. She walk passed through him and lock herself to the room.

Jeong Hyeok try to stop him but she already close the door. "Seri... Let's talk.." He said as he knocking on the door.

Seri lean on the door and wipe her tears. She understand him because Dan is still his bestfriend and just like him, she's only human. She also feel pity for Dan but her hatred on what she did to her dominates her right now. And she admit, she  also feel jealous.

After their talk, Seri avoid and ignores him for the past few days. She's in her office. "Are you okay?" Ji Woo asked. Seri nodded and look at the glass window.

"You know what, Ms. Seo's mother was here last time." Ji Woo said. Seri look at her. "I think she wants to withdraw the case that you file against her daughter. But President Ri  say 'No! Dan needs to face her consequence. Yes I feel pity on her but my family's safety is more important for me.'" Ji woo copied Jeong Hyeok bariton voice. "Then Mrs. Seo was really mad and continue hitting him. She's lucky because President Ri is kind, if I were him... I will also give her a punch." Ji woo said.

When she heard it, she really feel guilty towards to him. Her anger dominates her that day and she didn't give him a chance to explain. Seri immediately walk towards the door.

"Yah! Where are you going?" Ji Woo said.

Jeong Hyeok crumpled the paper and throw it on the floor. He couldn't concentrate because Seri still mad at him. Its been days since she's avoiding and ignoring him.

"It looks like there's a fight between you and Ms. Yoon, President Ri." Gwa Beom said. Jeong Hyeok let out a deep sigh. "Am I too obvious?" He said. Gwa Beom nodded. Jeong Hyeok look at him. "Seri is mad at me. She thought that Im going to withdraw the case against Dan because I learned she's sick." He said. "Mostly a pregnant woman is a bit sensitive, President Ri. Have more patience to her. Knowing Ms. Yoon, she's cold sometimes but she has a kind heart. And she's also a mother who wants to protect her child." Gwa Beom said.

They both startled when Seri suddenly enter the office.

"Babe..." He said as he stood up.

Seri immediately approach him and hug him. Gwa Beom let out a small smile and he immediately went outside to give them time to talk.

"I'm sorry..." She whispered. "Sorry if I didn't listen to you first. I got mad and never gave you a chance to explain. Im sorry." She said. Jeong Hyeok smile and hug her. "It's okay..." He said and look at her. "Im also sorry if I let you feel disappointed and sad. But I admit,  I feel pity for her but it's true, I will never change my mind, we will sue her for what she did to you and to our baby." He said. He hold her hands and kiss it. "Don't get mad at for too long, Babe... I'm going crazy because you keep avoiding me and ignoring me." He said. Seri let out a small smile. She tip toe and kiss him. "I'm sorry, babe." She said. She was about to pull away when Jeong Hyeok pull her waist close to him and kiss her. They both breathless when their lips part ways.

Dan is anxiously waiting at the cafe somewhere in Seoul. Her eyes widen when she saw the man behind the voice that call her last time.

"You're alive?!" She said. Jin is wearing a black cap and navy blue jacket. He smirked and look at her. "Yah! Because of you I'm on a hunt. Seri file a case against me." Dan said. Jin let out a deep sigh. "I saw Seri and the baby is still on her womb." He said. "Yah! It's not easy to get rid her baby. Seri is smart. I can't do what you want me to do." She said. "Especially now, the police is looking for me. My mother called and Jeong Hyeok didn't withdraw the case even she told him that Im sick." She said.

"Relax..." He said. "If you can't get rid of her baby. Then don't." Jin said. Dan look at her with puzzlement. "Forget about the baby, but I have a new task for you." Jin said. "What is it?" She said.

"Just do your best to lure Jeong Hyeok.   I will tell you when will you do that. But for now, just keep your best to hide yourself." He said. "After this, I will this country with Seri. And we will build a new life." Jin said. "How will you do that? Seri doesn't want to be with you. And Jeong Hyeok will never allow you to steal his girlfriend." Dan said.

Jin smile and look at her. "Whether she like it or not. She will come with me." He said.
