~Amity's Pov~

I was walking through Bonesborough, I was on my way to the library. I couldn't really focus on anything, that human was still on my mind. Her stupid beanie, her stupid drawing, her pretty smile...okay, where did that come from? I then saw the Owl Lady's dog running around. I was wondering for a second what was going on with him, but quickly focused on the huma- I meant my task again. I saw Boscha with a bottle in her hand walking to me. She asked:"Hey Amity, what are you doing?","Going to the library and you?","Just bought a potion. It helps to focus, I really need that or else I'll fail the next exam. Need some too?","Usually I would have said no, but I actually could need some help.","Here, take a sip.","Thanks.","I also wanted to ask you something.","What is it?","Oh, well...I-I...you know what? That can wait.","Okay, I gotta go now tho.","Alright, see you tomorrow.","Yeah, bye." I said and me and Boscha parted ways. On my way to the library, I noticed that all the thoughts of the human vanished. When I made it to the library, I went to my secret hideout. I tried to study, but my head started to fill with thoughts about Boscha. Her beautiful smile, her hair and her muscular arms. I was biting my lip and my cheeks started to warm up. I then shook my head and put the book I was reading aside, it was about abominations. I originally wanted to learn some new techniques, but I couldn't concentrate. I decided to write in my diary instead, I wrote about those thoughts and continued my Good Witch Azura fanfic. After I was done with writing, my siblings showed up. Their names were Edric and Emira and they were twins. Both had pale skin, emerlad green hair and golden eyes. They also wore matching clothes. Both wore pruple button down shirts, Edric wore black pants and Emira black shorts. They also wore similar shoes. Emira said:"C'mon Mittens, let's grab something to eat.","Alright.","Hey, are you okay?","Y-yes." I answered and felt my cheeks getting warm once again. Edric and Emira had immediately a smug smile, that made me blush even more. The twins chuckled and then Edirc asked:"Oh, does Mittens have a secret?","I dunno Ed, but I have a certian feeling. Judging from her blushing, I guess our little Mittens has a crush.","Just shut up you two! It's nothing.","Fine, let's go now." Emira said and we headed to a resturant. As we walked to our table, I saw the human. We had briefly eye contact, but I quickly looked away. It was true...she followed me here. I was kinda shocked, but my mindset quickly shifted towards Boscha again. I was wondering if I really started to develop a crush on Boscha. She was my closest friend since our childhood, but I never had any romantic feelings for her. I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't notice that Emira asked me something. She snapped with her fingers in front of my face and said:"Boiling Isles to Amity.","Hm...what?","What do you wanna eat?","Oh...uhm a fairy pie.","Are you okay?","Yeah...I just thought about something.","Or someone?","Please...just stop.","Hey, what's going on? You know you can always tell us." Emira asked and put a hand on my shoulder. I then asked:"Can we talk about it under for eyes?","Alright, let's go to the bathroom.","Okay." I said and went with Emira to the bathroom. She asked:"So, what's the matter?","Well, I'm not sure how to explain this...but recently I got these thoughts. I almost only think of one of my friends...I-I think I might develop a crush on her.","Oh, who is the friend?","It's Boscha. We had this encounter today and since then, I only think about her.","Okay and what exactly happend that made you think about her?","Nothing special, we talked a bit and she shared a potion that helps someone to focus. She said that she needed it for studying or else she would fail her next exam.","Hm...are you sure this potion is for studying and not like making you fall in love with her?","What?! How can you say something like that?! Boscha would NEVER do something like this to me!...Fuck...I'm sorry. I didn't wanna yell at you.","It's okay.","No it's not. You are trying to help me and I just yell at you.","I shouldn't have said that, it's a stupid idea. Let's just go back to our table, we can talk about this later.","Okay and sorry again." I said and we went to the table.

~Luz's Pov~

Was it true? Did that bitch really manipulate Amity? I was able to hear everything while I was in one of the cabins. I was thinking about doing something about it, but she was a fucking bitch. The way she apologized to her sister indicated that she might be not that bad, but it was still hurting me that she talked shit about me behind my back. I decided to do nothing, it was her on fault if she surrounded herself with people that drug her. I shook my head and washed my hands before going back to our table. Eda asked:"Are you alright Kiddo?","Yeah, I'm okay.","Good, I was about to tell a story from my youth.","Oh, Eda-lore. Now I'm curious." I said and sat down. Eda told a story on how she turned the school inside out, it was a really funny story. After Eda told it, we laughed a bit and then decided to leave. As we walked out, I looked at Amity one last time. We had shortly eye contact once again before we walked outside. Me, Eda and King hopped on her staff and we flew back. I went to my room and got changed and tried to sleep. I tried for what felt like about two hours, I stood up and walked in the living room. I saw Eda sitting on the couch and reading a magazine. She looked up and asked:"Can't sleep huh?","No.","Wanna talk about it?","You know...yes.","Okay, sit down next to me." Eda said and I nodded. I sat down next to her and asked:"So...uhm...have you ever been in a situation where you had the feeling that you need to do the right thing, but the person involved is a...uh...a bitch?","Oh, that's a interesting situation. Back in school there was this girl, her name was Odalia. She was a bitch and dated a boy who cheated on her. I was aware of it and told Odalia about it, but she didn't believe me. Looking back at it, I realized that I had no evidence. If you decide to get involved, you'll have to find evidence. However, you need ask yourself if you do it for the person or for yourself." Eda answered and I let what Eda said go through my mind. I said:"Thank you Eda, I know what to do.","I'm glad I was able to help." Eda said as I yawned. I laid back and fell asleep.

~the next morning~

I woke up on the couch with a blanket over me. I stood up and walked to the kitchen. Eda made breakfast and said:"You look like shit.","Haha, I guess I derserve that tho.","Sit down, breakfast is ready.","Good, 'cause I'm hungry.","Here you go.","Thanks." I said and ate breakfast. After I was done, I went to my room and got dressed. I was thinking about how I could find evidence of Amity getting drugged by that bitch. I then realized that I knew someone close to her, it was Skara. I looked on Penstagram for her and quickly found her account. I texted her and we decided to meet in the park, I then started to walk there. I arrived and saw Skara sitting on a bench. Once she noticed me, her face lit up. It reminded me of a dog, which made me smirk. She stood up and said:"There you are.","Yup.","So, you wanted to talk to me?","Yeah, I thought we could get to know each other better.","Oh, you wanna be friends with me?","Sure." I answered and Skara hugged me tightly, she said excited:"That's awesome!","Wow, uhm...boundaries?","Sorry, no need to knock me out." Skara said and giggled, she was energetic and joyful. It was probably annoying for some people, but I liked the way she was. She was kinda adorable...I meant she was nice. I asked:"You wanna go on a walk while we talk?","Yes, let's go.","Alright, I'll start. What are your hobbies?","I like to play guitar...","No shit Sherlock.","Fuck you." Skara said and we chuckled. She then contiued:"And I like to play Flyer Derby and I like drawing.","Oh, I like to draw aswell.","I know, I've seen one of your drawings. Amity showed it to me.","Yeah, I know. I don't wanna sound like a creep, but I saw you and Amity and I guess your other friends.","Fucking stalker." Skara said and giggled, I rolled my eyes smirking. I said:"Your friends didn't seem to like my drawing tho.","Eh, they have a horrible taste.","Aside from that, how are your friends?","Well, I hardly consider any of them friends. The reason I hang out with them is because our parents know each other. Amity is the only I would call a true friend, she's the only one who is truely nice.","Yeah, I heard that when she presented my drawing.","You got it all wrong, she only acts like that when the others are around.","If you say so. This is a weird question, but do you believe that any of them would like manipulate someone?","I mean they're very popular, they only need to ask for something and they get it. I wouldn't be surprised tho, especially with Boscha. She's really determined." Skara answered, hearing this made me really worried. Skara asked:"Are you okay?","Yes.","Good, I was thinking and wondering. Would you draw me aswell?","Sure, I bet you are more thankful.","I am, your drawing was cute after all.","Oh, thank you." I said and blushed. Skara came closer to me and said:"You know, you're also pretty cute.","Oh...uhm...well, of course I am." I said and tried to sound confident, but failed miserably. Skara giggled again and said:"Very cute.","Hold on, I'm actually not cute. I'm a baddie!","Aww, you're really a baddie. One cutie patootie baddie.","I dare you to call me that one more time.","Cutie patootie baddie." Skara said with a smug smile. I sighed and said:"Okay, maybe I'll just start talking about my hobbies.","Right, we talking about that.","Yup. Aside from drawing, I like to play video games and...and I would've said that I hang out with friends, but I don't have any friends on earth. There was someone several years ago, their name was Masha. You and Willow are my first friends in years.","How come? You're amazing.","Well, according to one of my teachers, I express myself in a chaotic way. The others think I'm a weirdo or freak. I simply don't fit in, unlike here. The more time I spend on the Boiling Isles, the more I feel like I belong here." I said and felt my eyes getting teary. Skara then hugged me. She said:"I know boundaries, but you need this.","It's okay." I said and hugged her back while tears ran down my cheeks. We let go of each other and Skara gently wiped the tears away and asked:"Hey, how about I sing something for you? That will cheer you up.","Mhm.","Alright, let's go over there." Skara said and pointed at a fountain with two benches in front of it. I nodded and we walked over there and I sat down on a bench and Skara stood in front of me. Skara started to sing and everything was glowing like in the bar. We looked in each others eyes and I began to blush. All my sadness and even my worries about Amity vanished...
