"So what's your name Green Eyes? I could've sworn I've asked before, but let me ask again!" the girl grinned as Ben waved away a few flies that were already trying to feast on the corpse lying between them.
"Yoooohoooo?" Olivia waved a hand in front of Ben's eyes. "Earth to Green Eyes! Ya gonna leave me hanging?"
"Uh.. Bill." Ben said quickly.
"Nnnnnnn! Liar liar, pants on fire! Bill's the guy you lost in the mines today!" Olivia said as she stretched her arms as casually as somebody getting up after a long sit down. "C'mon! Gimme an honest introduction!"
"You.. you've been following me?!" Ben said, backing away slightly.
"Ehhh? Well, I passed by your work place as I was looking for something at Sion Industries, part of my Merc work ya know. Spotted you." said Olivia with a shrug. "Turns out it was a wild goose chase though, ended up back here and found my target just loitering around with those Red Lords. Fucker thought he could take me- so I took him."
Olivia bent down and began rummaging in the back pocket of the dead man's pants before grinning and pulling out a small black thumbdrive which she stuffed in her own pocket. "Well well, bingo, my client is gonna be numero uno jumbo pleased! Heheheheh."
Ben didn't flinch at any of this. He had lived long enough in this city to see death happen over and over. But this was the first time he saw it dealt by somebody close to his own age.
The girl took the tech Katana out of the corpse and slid it into the sheathe on her back. "Ugh, still ain't used ta how big this thing is, but it totally does the job."
"Good for you, I'm gonna head home now" Ben said as he tried to veer around the girl.
"Heeeeey." Olivia frowned, glaring at Ben as she stepped over to block Ben's path. "What's the biggo idea?"
"The idea is I'm tired and-."
"Naw, I gave you my name, now gimme yours, only fair!" said the Olivia, sticking out her tongue.
"I didn't ask for it though, so I'm responsible for that." said Ben.
"You are though!" said Olivia.
"Am not!" Ben snapped.
"Are too!" Olivia snapped back
"AM NOT!" Ben yelled.
"ARE TOO!" Olivia yelled back.
"Grrrrrrrr.." The two kids pushed their foreheads against each other, glaring at each other straight in the eyes, some of the blood staining Olivia's hair now dripping onto Ben's forehead as the both of them pushed against each other, as if daring the other to make a move.
Olivia then drew her head back, grinning. "HAHAHAHA! That's awesome Green Eyes! You don't back down, even when I'm the one with the sword! I like that! I knew I saw something in you! You really WERE the right choice!"
