Sword Art Online: Integral Factor

A/N Hello everyone and welcome back to another chapter of Sword Art Online: Integral Factor! I hope you all have been enjoying the story thus far! I have been enjoying making this kind of story and I certainly hope you all continue to read this story because it's slowly becoming one of my most favorite stories that I've ever written! Without further ado, let's begin the chapter!

When Izuku woke up from his impromptu nap session on the ground, he didn't expect that he'd wake back up inside the Nurses office. Looking around the place, he found himself laying on a cot that the good doctor had placed in her office. The Rescue Hero: Recovery Girl waddled over to him, using her syringe-cane to steady herself as she stood next to him a worried expression taking place on her face.

"Are you alright deary? You seemed to have been extremely pale when the Teacher's brought you in." Recovery Girl asked, worriedly.

"J-Just had a s-small memory come in. S-Sorry, I haven't been a v-very good student... have I?" Izuku asked, as the old woman just shook her head.

"Don't worry about that deary, we were just worried about how you became really pale when looking at the podium. Did you suffer from stage-fright?" She asked, concerned.

"I-I don't have Stage-fright ma'am. J-Just a memory had caused some PTSD." Izuku said, rubbing his forehead.

"I see, why did you want to become a Hero when you are already suffering from PTSD anyway?" Recovery Girl asked, neutrally.

"Becoming a Hero has always been the one thing I wished to be capable of doing. My dream has always been to be a Hero like All Might, albeit in my own way. Nobody could replace All Might, I know that much." Izuku said, with a sigh. "I guess, I've just wanted to show everyone that Quirkless doesn't mean useless." Izuku said, sitting up.

"Well make sure that you don't come here too often, we already have enough students who come in my office with injuries. I need a vacation soon anyway." Recovery Girl muttered the last part to herself.

As Izuku stood up from the cot, he walked over to the door and opened it. Outside of the room he found his teacher Vlad King looking at him with a cursory glance from the corner of his eye. Standing up he walked over to him looking the boy over with some concern, something he didn't really get from authority figures aside from his mother.

"U-Um sir, you're getting in my space." Izuku mumbled as the man nodded whilst moving away.

"I apologize for that Midoriya. Can you tell me what happened back there though? I've never seen you so pale and this is the start of the school year, from what I've seen of you." Vlad King asked, softly.

"J-Just a PTSD episode sir, nothing that my therapist can't handle." Izuku said, as Vlad King nodded.

"Just be sure to talk to Hound Dog as well, I'm not sure if we can allow you to leave Campus later on in the evenings to talk to your therapist." Vlad King stated before walking away.

Izuku took a deep breath as he walked down the hallway. He was making his way towards his classroom as wanted to complete his time in class for the day before resting. He wasn't prepared however, for the classes reaction to him being in Recovery Girl's office for a small part of their day.

When he entered the classroom, he was bombarded with questions about how he was. Since this was the first time he was assaulted with concern from his classmates, he just looked at them with confusion as well as bewilderment. Kendo looked at him just as baffled as she'd never seen him with such confusion since they'd first met one another at the Dorms.
