"He just called Zero his brother..." you thought to yourself, gazing at Ichiru.

"He has the same face as Zero..." Yuki thought to herself.

"How long are you going to play with Zero, Shizuka? Could it be that you plant to leave that devil's spawn as he is?" Ichiru spoke. "No, I will not allow it, Shizuka. I will not allow you to die selfishly, it will cause trouble." he continued as he stood in front of Shizuka, protecting her.

"Hmph..." Shizuka glared at Ichiru than began walking away. "I still have something I need to do. You don't have to worry. I don't plan on dying here." she added, disappeared into the dark hallway.

"SHIZUKA!!!" Zero shouted, chasing after her but was stopped as Ichiru held out him arm, preventing him to pass.

"Its mean to ignore me like that...Zero." Ichiru smirked. "Im sure you want to talk leisurely with the person you haven't seen in a long time." he finished as Zero stood before him, glaring.

"Ichiru..." Zero muttered.

"Do you want to know? Ah, I see..." Ichiru began. "really, you've known for a long time, huh? That inside my heart...the darkness was born." Ichiru proclaimed.

Shizuka was walking to her room badly wounded from Zero's bullets and your dagger. On the way down the dark halls, she trailed blood on the floors all the way into her room. When she entered her room she sensed someones presence.

"Horrible wound, isn't it, Shizuka?" Kaname asked as he stood up against the window in her room. "Against troublesome vampire weapons, even our abnormal healing power is limited." He continued.

"The son of Kuran..." Shizuka spoke, making eye contact with Kaname. "Why are you here?" she asked with a glare.

"This bedroom...was the first that I occupied when I entered this school." he explained.

"I see...as for me, theres nobody here to disturb me." Shizuka replied.

"Yeah." Kaname commented, then noticed the cut on her arm. "Where did you get that type of wound?" he asked.

"That girl, (Name) gave my this wound. I never expected to see a girl like her with a Vampire Hunters weapon." Shizuka explained, glaring at the slice wound on her arm. "But the way she looked at me, was the look of a vampire..." she presumed caughting Kaname's attention.

"Oh?" he said.

"When she attacked me with that dagger, I saw a hint of red in her eyes...the eyes of a blood thirsty vampire." Shizuka said, her eyes turning stern.

Kaname looked down at the floor, deep in thought of your strange behavior.

"This dagger that Shizuka spoke of...why does it make me feel...scared?" Kaname thought to himself.

"Other than that, let me ask you one more time. What brings you to this school?" Shizuka asked as she began removing her blood stained kimono.

Kaname glared then began approaching Shizuka.

"To return a favor...and also because this is an appropriate place to get what I want..." he proclaimed, then embraced Shizuka from behind. "Actually, I would have done the same as you. Shizuka." he whispered in her ear, then piereced his hand through her chest. "Im like you...I do it for myself.
