"You don't seem to have heard the summons to come, Cross. How's Zero? Has he given into his Level E form perhaps?" the President of the Hunter Association assumed, while smoking her cigar.

"What are you saying? Zero is fine." Kaien Cross exclaimed.

Kaien's appearance changed from what he normally wears. He wore a long trench coat and had his long blonde hair down over his shoulders. He looked like an average man instead of a wanna-be-mother.

"We'll just wait for the reports to come in...I've already sent Yagari to the school. If the report says 'dangerous', we will take action." the President explained.

"Don't worry, President. Cross Academy's peace Treaty can be trusted." Kaien assured as he departed.

{end of flashback}

{in the bathroom}

Zero pierced his fangs into your neck, hearing the sound of him drinking your blood. You felt a bit dizzy at first but you endurred it. As Zero drank your blood, he clutched your shirt. You embraced Zero gently to calm him down.

Scary...that vampire is going to eat me...I'm scared...

"Scary...? Zero is...?" you thought to yourself.

Zero finally stopped himself from drinking anymore of your blood and tumbled against the wall, a bit of blood drinking from his lips. He began to breath slowly and calmly as he regain back to his human self.

"Zero...are you alright?" you asked, blood oozing from your neck from where Zero bit you.

Zero glanced at you from the corner of his eye then wiped off the blood from his lips.

"I'm so despicable...Even if I hate vampires to the core...even if I don't want to hurt anybody...I still can't control my craving for blood. You should just give up on me." Zero protested, his eyes revealing so much sorrow. "I know that drinking this fresh blood is only a temporary solution. After tasting yours and Yuki's blood..." he confirmed, burying his face in his bloody hand.

"How can you say that? Just give up on you? That's too much. Even if you say you detest it, even if you hate me, I promise to suppress the monster inside you. But what I won't let you do is give up on everything." you proclaimed.

"How could I ever hate you?" Zero said as you glanced up and made eye contact. "Are you alright?" He asked, hiding his gaze.

You at first wandered what he was referring to then remembered.

"Ah! Yeah, I'm alright, I'm still as healthly as can be. I'll even be able to go to school tomorrow, too." you replied with a bright smile on your face. "And you, Zero, must come back to school tomorrow! Definently!" you proclaimed as you leaned close towards Zero's face causing him to blush a little.

"I know...that if somebody offers their blood as food to revive a vampire is very sinful. We can't let anybody find out." you thought to yourself as you made your way towards to Sun Dorms.

You continued walking towards the dorms with your uniform back on. The cool breeze cresting your skin and dancing through your (h/l) (h/c) hair as it swayed.
