The Doe [AlastorXWinnerOC]

As the door opens, I am met with the sight of each and every resident loitering in the hall. It seems I don't have to retrieve them, now do I. At once, they all stand at attention, a bevy of eyes looking at me, Niffty nervously glancing past my legs into the room. It seems no one intends to speak first, so it must be me. Very well.

"You wish to know what happened?" My voice is measured and cold, clear distaste in my tone.

"Yes, fuckin'... what fuckin' happened?" Angel mutters, offput by this situation. For once, his bravado and bluster is absent. Well at least I can have a conversation without lewd innuendos or his incessant chirping.

"It seems there was an information leak to Valentino over my darling's... unique body."

Angel's hissing intake of breath breaks the brief confused silence, the others all obviously lost, "Are ya' serious... it was Val?" He sounds weak and defeated, running a hand through his hair.

"Yes, it was Valentino. He found a way to suppress my teleportation and get past the barrier in order to brutalize my darling" I scoff, "He wanted her to sign a contract, but she held out for my arrival."

"Wait, wait, wait... why the fuck would he go to these lengths? What do you mean by unique body?" Husk buts in, scowl deepening. Of course they would want to know. And there really is no point hiding it at this point since there has already been an information leak. Who knows how many people already know... most likely the Vees in their entirety.

"Yeah, I need an explanation, and fast," Vaggie adds, crossing her arms.

"It's really rather simple, Xzellera possesses dual genitalia." I hold up two fingers, "Both masculine and feminine. It seems that this is something the cad wanted for his filthy films. But unfortunately for him, she would never agree to sign his contracts." There is a stunned silence, everyone except for Angel seeming shocked. As expected, no one seems judgmental, which was rather obvious to me despite my doe's usual worries. This is not the sort of crowd to pass judgement on a fact she can't change, a simple difference that hardly matters when I adore every inch of her body regardless.

"She has... oh, I didn't know," Charlie says softly, Vaggie remaining speechless.

"Yeah, she's got both, it's not a big deal, except that it really fuckin' is because of this situation exactly! How the fuck did he find out, and..." Angel mutters, "Did Val... did he, uh... you know..."

My eyes are sharp as I look to him, his point crystal clear despite his uncharacteristic shyness, "No, he was unsuccessful in violating her, but he did make an attempt. She was quick-witted and resourceful enough to delay his actions until I arrived, so she has avoided that indignance." This sends a tremor of relief through the group, the relief palpable.
Husk sighs deeply, his wings fluttering in unease, "But he did try though, and she seemed pretty beat up... is she awake yet? Do you know how her mental state is after something like that?" It's quite surprising for him to talk to me without vitriol, but it seems the worry for Xzellera overrules any enmity for myself. Good, I should hope that's the case. These are her 'friends' as much as I find it distasteful.

"She is not yet awake, so I do not know how shaken up she might be after this altercation. Which means that I will be monitoring her very closely. I will be expecting every last one of you to treat her delicately."

"Of course, Alastor, I want her to be comfortable here in the hotel," Charlie nods, the rest all mumbling in agreement. The atmosphere is quite depressing, but I have no desire to change it. Of course they should be upset, I want them to be upset. Everyone should be upset about her being harmed.

"Now, unfortunately, that slippery moth managed to escape, but that does not mean that I have forgiven his offense. I plan to ruin him. Are there any objections? Well, not like I'll listen to them, but I'd rather deal with complaints now."
