The Malhotras

It was a joyful morning in the Malhotra mansion as it was a Sunday and all the troublemakers were at home, advait made his special breakfast for his kids and they devoured the food in no time.

Now they were sitting in the living room enjoying their special moments with each other.

Advait was telling them their childhood stories and they were listening to it with a sparkling glint in their eyes.

The sound of their melodious laughing filled the mansion, the house seems lived with their friendly banter and teasing.

Aditya looked at the watch and stood up as it was his time to go to the playground he usually goes there to play cricket with his friends and some seniors boys.

"Bhaiya I am going to the playground." He said getting up but changed his statement after receiving a hard glare from his bhaiya "May I go to the playground?" He asked for permission.

Advait fixed him with a glare "No, you may not."

Aditya looked at him with pleading eyes "bhaiya please na let me go, I'll come back soon promise."

"Can't you understand at once? You are not going anywhere." Advait sternly stated.

Aditya looked at abhishek to help him to convince advait but abhishek shrugged off in return.

"Please." Aditya whispered for the last time to try his luck.

"Kaha se sikh rahe ho itne zid karna adi?" Advait scolded.

"You won't go to the playground from now on understood?" He sternly ordered.

Aditya looked at him in shock it was his daily routine and the best part of the day was that he had so much fun in the playground.

"But why bhaiya?" Aditya whined.

"Kyuki waha se kuch acha nahi sikh rahe ho tum waha jate ho senior boys ke sath khelte ho, unhi se sikh rahe ho na cursing." Advait said.

"I told you I won't curse from now on please na let me go na." Aditya pleaded.

"No adi mai tujhe buri sangat me nahi rehne de sakta." Advait said gently this time.

Arush being the chatterbox didn't keep his mouth shut for long he started giggling and said.

"bhaiya adi bhai buri sangat me nahi hai" aditya looked at him with a grateful smile but his smile changed into a glare after his next line.

"wo khud buri sangat hai." Arush completed making abhishek chuckled loudly.

"Aru muh chalate chalate thak gye honge na beta jao corner me jake khade ho jao aur apne muh ko thoda aram do" Advait declared mocking him.

Arush pouted not moving up from his place but one glare from advait made him stand up and he silently went to the corner.

He shifted his attention back to Aditya again who was sulking badly.

Advait sighed and try with a different approach "adi bacha sun..." He started gently but aditya interrupted him "mujhe nahi baat karni aapse." He muttered and ran to his room.

Advait sighed heavily looking at his retreating figure "it's ok bhaiya thodi der me khud hi normal ho jayega." Abhishek said looking at advait's tense face.

Advait thought for a few minutes and went behind aditya to persuade him.

He entered his room, there was darkness in the room and aditya was laying on the bed covering himself with the blanket from head to toe.

Advait went near him and sat by his side, "adi bhaiya ke paas aa." He caressed his hair but aditya turned his face to the other side.

Advait sighed and gently made him sit on his lap aditya struggled to get out of his hold but advait grip was firm so he gave up and stopped squirming.
