Ceremony; A Talk between Hero and Student

'Just who are you seeing, Deku?' Katsuki thought to himself before focusing on Midnights next words. 

"Now then, the person who will be handing out the awards is your very own Number 1 Hero! All Might!" Midnight happily chirped through the intercom as All Might appeared.

"HAHAHA! I AM HERE! WITH THE MEDALS!" All Might's voice rang out.

The crowd went crazy after seeing the man in the arena. The Number 1 Hero watched each combatant who had made it to the final four with a neutral expression with a smile. Walking over to them all he prepared to start at third place and work his way up to Izuku who stood looking behind himself still.

'Are you alright Young Midoriya?' Yagi thought to himself.

All Might walked over to Todoroki and Tokoyami first. As the people who got to third place respectively, he moved closer to them to speak. Placing the medal on Todoroki's neck first, he gave the boy a hug that he visibly froze at before leaning into the hold. All Might pulled away from the boy before he spoke in a tone that promised wisdom.

"Young Todoroki, you have shown that your ice alone is very powerful. You've clearly honed your craft to the point that it barely hurts you, but you should always be prepared to use all of your power in a fight. Else we would be down at least one powerful Hero Hopeful." All Might said wisely as Todoroki nodded.

"I'll do what I can to work to that level. Midoriya forced me to see it that way." Todoroki said, with a determined expression.

"I expect nothing more or less young man." All Might said, with a smile before moving onto Tokoyami.

The man reached around the boy's neck and placed the medal around him. Pulling the emo boy into a hug, the boy's feathers ruffled a little bit in embarrassment before All Might pulled back. He gave the boy a smile before he imparted wisdom on him as well.

"Young Tokoyami, you have fought hard for your placement on this podium. Had you worked harder on your weakness you probably would be in Young Bakugo's position instead of this one. Work hard to surpass your previous weakness and surpass the strengths of those around you. Only you can make that decision." All Might said, patting the boy on the shoulder.

"I shall endeavor to increase my strength ten-fold by the next Festival." Tokoyami said, with a determined glare.

All Might nodded at the boy in acceptance, before moving onto the second-place podium. He watched as Katsuki growled at him in fury and tried to escape his bindings as he tried multiple times to get to the first-place podium. Pulling the muzzle off the boy to place the medal on his neck All Might muttered to himself.

"I swear, they all think he's an animal. But whatever. Young Bakugo, you have shown true strength in the amount of time you've placed in your Quirks empowerment. Always remember that no matter how much you train, there is always someone who is far stronger than you are. And you must strive to become stronger than you were previously." All Might said, about to place the medal on his neck.

"I DON'T WANT IT! FIGHT ME DEKU!? THAT WAS JUST A FLUKE!" Katsuki screeched.

"Now I see why they put it on you." All Might muttered to himself placing the medal on the boy's teeth. "Just wear this as a... mark of your loss. To always strive to be better than you were yesterday." All Might said, with a bit less tact.

As Bakugo was left to screech at little more than nothing, All Might went over to the first-place podium as he smiled at the young man. He had still been looking behind him the entire time, as he reached a hand out to tap his shoulder. The boy instantly turned around, and All Might found him to be tearing up a bit as he stared at him with awe.
