"Have you thought of what will happen once the child does arrive?" Mary spoke trying to spark a conversation, while trying to win her tenth game of poker this afternoon.
"Well I have decided once Jane is okay to travel, all of us will head back to the estate for a few months. I feel like it would benefit us just being alone together."
"Aww that's sweet." I chirped in. Even though it would be a welcome in disguise for Mary and I. Jane has been no stop causing problems for us and I am official over her drama she bring to court.

It has been a few mere hours and my brother's wife is still in labor. I tried to stay as long as I could with him, but being with child myself, I needed some rest. Dinner time has already come and Henry and I decided to dine together in his private dinning room. Of course he prepared my favorite meals since becoming with child, Duck with a side of vegetables.
"How has the labor been progressing?" Henry asked trying to spark conversation as he took a sip of his wine.
"It's going. Though I do worry for she has been going at it for sometime, but I am just happy she will be leaving soon." I shoved another piece of duck in my mouth. "I know it is bad for me to think such things about my own sister in law, but she has become a pain. Trying to always get within my path for attention and sparking rumors about herself to get attention."
Henry just chuckled at my response. Starring profusely at my face causing a small blush to form on my cheeks.
"While I for one am happy when you're happy. So Jane leaving is a splendid idea. Besides I cannot wait for our own child to make its way in this world." Henry smirked with a wide grin thinking about his own child.
"Speaking about my children. Has Mary come to a consensus about the King of Portugal?"
I ticked my tongue at his questions. Mary has been very quiet about the whole ordeal, which is understanding. But the King of Portugal demands an answer when he arrives in England in a month of so time.
I know it a hard decision but I hoped I would have some idea on which way she is leaning. I am trying to give her space, but everyone at court even in Portugal's court are getting impatient for an answer.
"Not yet, but do give her time Henry. It a difficult choice to make for a girl at her age." I warned him with my pointer finger. Knowing Henry he would soon demand an answer from his daughter causing a rift between them once more.
Henry held his hands up in defense. "I promise, sweetheart. But it would be nice if she was to give us an answer before the King arrives so we can prepare." I nodded in agreement before digging back into my food.
Henry and I did not say a word for the rest of the meal for we only needed each other company. Though soon we were interrupted by a message boy storming in.
"Your Majesties, I am so sorry for the intrusion, but the Viscountess has finally given birth!" His message had me on my feet and cheering in excitement. "What has she had?" I questioned. Though my question was on hold when the slam of the door was heard as my brother stormed in. Behind him were guards trying to catch him. Henry lifted his finger up at the guards signally them to leave him be. "George what is it? What has happened?" All the different scenarios ran through my head like a ball being hit with a racket, over and over again.
He grabbed an empty goblet during himself a large amount of red wine. He then proceeded to chug it within a blink of an eye. chucking the goblet to the floor. "George!" I screeched at his antics, but it didn't matter for a servant boy was quick to pick it up taking it out of the way.
"That..that..Witch of a whore!" The only word George was able to make out as his angry continued to boil. A pit in my stomach told me I wouldn't like the answer to his outburst of anger. I looked over at Henry and he had the same look of confusion as I did.
George stoped his pace at the fire place and took a long stare into the abyss of the fire that was currently going. He huffed in annoyance as I gave him a few minutes to collect himself. George often never acted out of anger like my father, but when he did, it was best to stay quiet in tell he was ready to speak.
I sat back down in my seat to Henry as he grasped my right hand in his left giving me a tight little squeeze of assurance. We sat there for a few minutes before George sat down across from me. "The child ain't mine." His words had my mind in a spindle.
"How could you possible be sure of that such accusation, George?" Henry asked sitting up in his chair some. Henry snapped at the young pager boy who was quick to fill a new cup of wine and handed it off to George.
"The child was stillborn, the physician said it was born prematurely by two months or so. Meaning that when she conceived a child, we were currently not laid in the marriage bed together. For she had believed she was with child when she was now proven not to be. The child was a boy! A fucking boy! And he isn't mine. He doesn't even look like Jane or I. He didn't even take a breath into this world and yet he was already declared a bastard." He took a big gulp of his wine while inhaling a deep breath.
I, who has stayed silent during the conversation decided to speak up. "If the child wasn't yours, then who's?"
George looked up for his goblet." She refuses to say, but she says she did not, but the dates do not match her side of the issue. Now if you will excuse me I have women to bed." He snarled walking out without another word. Normally I wouldn't condone his behavior of sleeping around in anger, but that was for another time and place.
"What's going through your mind?" Henry asked bring up my hand he was holding to gently kiss.
bed."I honestly do not know. For one thing this is my brother's issue to handle, if he asks for a divorce that will be for you to decide. You are the head of the church." I teased at the last sentence earning a little playful eye roll from Henry. "Besides I need to not worry for the sake of our child's health, so no action or thought we be thought by me on this matter." I spoke proudly, but a part of me knew there was a possibility of me being dragged into this situation.
