"Stop this already, Mikey-kun!" Takemichi launched forward, shielding the already bruised up South from Mikey.

"If you keep going any further" His voice trembling. "South will die"

"Bakamichi... He'll die" I clenched my fists. "Hold up, you're not going there"

"But, Ran!-" Ran only glared, and I couldn't fight back.

"You only destroy things too, right?" Mikey said, his voice menacing.

"That's why I'm going to destroy you"

I could only watch as Mikey walks close, "A*shole. You're in the way"

Without a second thought... without him even hesitating... he had broken Takemichi's right arm, which earned a horrified scream from the poor blonde.

I was frozen, unable to move. I wanted to help, to do something, but my legs felt like they were stuck in place. I could only watch, helpless, as the situation continued to spiral out of control.

It wasn't a fight anymore, With South unconscious already, Mikey wasn't stopping. He kept punching, and punching, and punching him. And all Takemichi could do was to cry and pleaded for him to stop. But it was too late.

"South!" Takemichi ran to the bigger man, but he was too late on saving him, he was already not breathing.

"He's dead" Takemichi had announced, his voice full of turmoil.

"Damnit..." I clenched my fists. You're going too far, Mikey...

There was no choice but to dismiss the battle. "Everyone listen up!!"

"Senju lost to South,
And South lost to Mikey."

"It's Toman's victory! This battle is over!" Kokonoi pushed through the crowd, announcing their victory. But... was is really a victory? They won for what cost?

"You're all dismissed! Everyone clear out" And as he said, people started to ditch out of the scene. Injured people were being carried by those who weren't, and the rest were feeling dismayed.

I stayed in the scene, though. Ran tried calling out to me as he was supporting Kakucho, but I didn't listen.

"Y/n!" He yelled a second time, and that finally caught my attention.

"What is it, Haitani?" I turned to the source.

"It's Toman's win. And that also means Rokuhara is joining under them" He said, his voice soft.

"That's why starting today, you're out of Rokuhara"

I stared at Ran and Kakucho, the reality of their words sinking in. "What do you mean, ‘out of Rokuhara’?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper, though my heart was pounding.

Ran let out a tired sigh, his usual smirk replaced by something colder. "We’re part of their mess now. We don’t want to drag you into this sh*t. You’re out of Rokuhara"

"You still got a lot to live for, unlike us," Kakucho added quietly, his eyes full of regret. "You don’t belong in this world of chaos. You’ve seen enough, so go do something better with your time"

"It was fun while it lasted, Y/n-chan" Rindou patted me on the head. "You better leave now and make sure our decision of putting you out is worth it"

I stood there, frozen, as they walked away, their footsteps growing quieter.

The numbers of people slowly descended, but I suddenly heard a thud.

"You should die as well" Mikey wasn't done yet, and kicked one of Brahman, Takeomi.
