Experiment Aurmaros [Experiment Deku AU]

:: 12 ~ Well shite. ::

"Pathetic aren't you. Can't even form a sentence properly." They said in a cruel tone, pressing the knife under my neck.
"Whats more pathetic is that nobody remembers Izuku Midoriya other than the people here, and even then no one wants yo-"

They froze, eyes going wide before they combusted. I screamed a broken cry, pushing myself back against the bed frame. Blood and bits of flesh covered my cell, blood splattering my clothing.

"Bitch." Muttered Overhaul, pulling on his gloves.
"One rule I told them before coming near you is to not mention that, yet they did." He sighed, wiping a bit of flesh from his coat sleeve.

My eyes were wide, pupils dilated. I was shaking like a leaf, eyes flicking to each corner of my room.

"Now, I heard that you got out of your room. You shouldn't have done that Aurmarous."

I shook my head, climbing to my feet, using the bed as a support.

"I need you to listen to me carefully Aurmarous. If you so much as make a noise I will do the same thing to you. Yet, if I am not satisfied I will still do it." He spoke, grabbing onto my hair and yanking me forwards. 

I let out a silent cry as a blade was dug deep into my side. It was twisted to the side and I shut my eyes tight, trying my best not to cry out. The blade was pulled out but stabbed back in almost immediately slightly higher up. This was repeated over and over again, my sides riddled with holes, blood seeping down me.

"How does that feel Aurmarous? Does it hurt?" Overhaul asked, mock concern in his voice.

I nodded.

"That's a pity." He said, putting the knife below my neck.
"If I slit your neck you might die. Which would be a waste. However I can always just reassemble you, so why don't we try it?"

I opened my eyes, looking at him pleadingly.

"P- please.. n-o.." I begged, tears welling up in the corners of my eyes.

Overhaul just smiled and pressed the knife harder against my throat. There was a sound of metal against flesh and a cry of pain before it went dark and i was engulfed in burning torture.

"Well fuck. I think I broke it.." a muffled voice said.

The world was spinning and I fell to the floor, retching blood. My arms shook beneath me, barely able to stabilise myself.

"Don't try anything like that again Aurmarous." The voice said harshly, kicking my side, "And nice try of stealing the keys."

I fell sideways, my entire body trembling. My muzzle lay a foot from me, allowing me to see it for the first time.
That was why Eri used to be petrified of me.

It was black, deep indents around the edges, and stains across it. Metal coverings with only a few holes in it allowed me to breath. It was good that they injected the sustenance I needed, the mask hadn't been removed for years.

I tried to push my body into a sitting position but I slid on a puddle of blood. My head hit the floor and I passed out.

________Present Day________

When I had woken up I had been chained to the wall, my muzzle back on. My room had been almost cleaned, the blood was still there though. Eri's door hadn't been locked again, and she had managed to get out. Overhaul caught up to her, but she had been seen. She could be saved.

Her screams had died down, two pairs of footsteps echoing down the hall. The door across from mine opened and shut again, one pair of footsteps retreating back down the hall.

"Aurmarous.. are you okay?" Eri said, her voice soft and scared.

I didn't answer. My voice wouldn't work, however much I tried. I was too exhausted to even try to get the chains off.

"Aurmarous?" She asked again.

I moved my hand, the chains clinking together. She couldn't see me, but by giving her a noise she would know I was.. alive.

"Aurmarous, wake up." A harsh voice spoke, waking me from my sleep.

Overhaul stood over me, Eri behind him.

"We need to go, now." He said, the shackles falling from my wrists.

I blinked up and him, only now hearing the alarms blaring around the building. I winced the loudness of it hurting my head.

Overhaul grabbed my wrist, dragging me to my feet.
"Go." He said, releasing me.

"A- Aurmarous.." Eri said tentatively, her hands shaking.

I shook my head, walking out of my cell and waiting for Overhaul to come out. Once he did he ordered us to keep close to him and to not make a noise.
I did as he said, the only noise coming from me was the sound of my feet on the floor and my breathing.

The wail of the alarms grew louder as we got to the stairs at the end of the hall. Eri grabbed onto my hand, terrified on what was happening. I squeezed her hand softly, trying to ensure her safety through the simple action.

"In there now." Overhaul hissed, pushing me down another hall.

Shouting was becoming disquingishable now, echoes of it from above us. I was beginning to tire, not having done this much walking in years.

"They are here ErasureHead!" Shouted a voice. I looked behind me for a spit second, seeing a head poking through the wall. A body followed the head, coming so they were standing in the middle of the hall. I shook my head, trying to get them to go back, but they didn't.

Overhaul grabbed me, pulling me infront of him and pushed me, making me walk faster as the hall shifted behind us. 
"Aurmarous, keep walking and don't do anything." He hissed, fiddling with his gloves.
I nodded, holding Eri's hand tighter.

"Stop!" The same voice was back, on the same side of the wall as us.

"Fucking heroes, go home!" Overhaul shouted.

'Heroes.. they are here to help, I need to get Eri to them.'

I looked down at Eri then back at Overhaul. He was distracted, muttering cruelly under his breath.

I let go of Eri's hand, pushing her towards the hero.

"Aurmarous, what are you doing?!" He demanded, reaching to take his gloves off.

I grabbed both his wrists, struggling against him.

"Er-i, go to the her-o." I said, my breath heavy through the muzzle.

She nodded, running to the hero.

"No!" Overhaul roared, pushing me off of him. I fell to the floor, watching as he pulled of his gloves and placed his hand on the wall.

The entire hall shifted, a large pit forming, the block in the hall disappearing. We were all at the bottom, but so were other heroes.

"For fucks sake!" Overhaul shouted, looking around the pit. There wasn't any escape.

He put his hand on the wall again, creating a hole to the world above. A group of his men fell through.

"Fight them or be killed." He growled, turning his attention to me.

I struggled to my feet, attempting to run but I was dragged back, thrown behind Overhaul.
"You can stay here and watch as all these heroes die because of you."
