Me and In-Ho left the room and once I looked up from the floor Gi-Hun and Jung-Bae were standing there awkwardly looking around until their eyes landed on us. My face covered in a blush as i realized that they heard more than intended. I just heard In-Ho laugh lightly behind me as I shook my head "so did you find him?" In-Ho asked the 2 men, fully knowing the answer. Gi-Hun shook his head and sighed "no, he must've evacuated somehow." He sounded disappointed "Well, what can he do with no workers?" I asked, trying to make him feel better and he just nodded. "So, let's go get the rest of the players and get out of this hellhole." In-Ho said simply and we all walked back to the elevator

—Time Skip—

Once the boat docked, Gi-Hun and In-Ho made sure everyone got off safely as they all started walking away into different directions. Gi-Hun got off the boat and smiled at me "thank you for your help." He thanked me before walking off, I assume back to his house. I stood there waiting for In-Ho to get off the boat and held my hand out to help him, which he accepted reluctantly. "Thank you" he looked at me, the void of emotion that was on his face through the entire game untraceable now. It was like he was a new man. "So, where to?" I asked as I hooked my arm with his and we started walking "My brothers house" he sounded so sure. "I didn't know you had a brother" I looked over at him as he flagged down a taxi "He's a cop... and he knows that I was in charge of the games." He admitted honestly and I just looked at him shocked as we got in the car "Wait, then my are we going to see him?" I was genuinely confused. That seems like the worst option? Is it not? "Because he knew and he didn't turn me away or tell Gi-Hun." He looked out the window "Wait, he knows Gi-Hun?" I kept questioning and he didn't object to it. "They're working together to find me" he laughed a little, realizing that he just helped Gi-Hun escape even tho he was trying to kill him and I reached over and grabbed his hand as he gave the driver the address.

—Time Skip—

In-Ho got out of the car and helped me out, we laced our fingers together as we walked up to the door and he took a second to collect himself before he knocked. It took a minute but the door opened and the man looked scared for a second as he looked at In-Ho, his eyes glancing to me before down at our hands and washing with complete confusion "What is going on?" He asked, trying to read In-Ho's features. Good luck with that, it's not an easy task... "Can we come in?" In-Ho's voice is soft, most likely to imply we're not here for any issues. The man just nodded and opened the door wide enough for us both to enter. "We ended the games." In-Ho told him and the door closed behind me. Almost instantly the man whipped around "Who's we? You and her or you and your coworkers?" He walked closer to us, almost cautiously, as he asked. "Me, her and Gi-Hun. My employees are dead." In-Ho told him honestly and the man nodded before confusion come across his features again "Wait, you helped Gi-Hun?" He shook his head looking at him "Yes." The answer was simple, but the truth. "And who is she?" His brother pointed at me and In-Ho's face filled with realization "Oh. I'm sorry- I didn't even realize I just brought a stranger into your house. This is my girlfriend y/n." I looked over at In-Ho "girlfriend?" The question fell from my lips before I could even process it. He looked panicked for a second as he looked at me "Are you not? Shit. I'm sorry, I should've talked to you before I said that-" he started to scramble as he looked at me and I just laughed, cutting him off. "No, no. I'm your girlfriend. We just hadn't crossed that bridge yet." I have his hand a reassuring squeeze and leaned in to kiss him lightly as relief crossed his features.
